Lee was very helpful with my sprinkler system today. He answered my questions and was happy to teach me so I can repair my sprinkler system in the future if I want to. He is very experienced and was able to easily fix our sprinkler issue. I would recommend him.

First couple of times I used him he did a great job for me. Honest. Spent a couple hours digging a couple holes, changing out a couple valves, and fixing a broken head. I spent about $380 all parts and labor. Seemed fair and reasonable to me. However, this time though, he came for 10 minutes and replaced one head and charged me $189 for a whole hour, plus he was 3 hours later than he told me and I took off work to be there on time. Lee from CRS performed excellent work. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes, he also taught me about sprinklers and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it and also how to maintain the rest of my sprinkler system. The repairs were performed quickly and he made sure to verify everything was working properly before he finished. I would highly recommend CRS for any sprinkler work.

I called Lee at 4:30p on a Saturday and asked some questions to help make sure I had winterized/drained my sprinkler system properly, and that I was adequately prepared for the upcoming freezing temps. He was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions and gave me a few tips for other things I could do for my sprinkler system. He answered the phone on the first ring, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend.

While testing my sprinkler system for the first time this year, station 2 was stuck and kept watering for about an hour. Tried shutting it off but nothing worked. Called several companies but being on a Sunday, no one answered...that is until Lee answered. Offered to help me over the phone but we were not able to find the shutoff valve area. He came over with an associate and had it fixed within the hour. Had to replace a part and although the total fee was a little high (due to it being on a Sunday), it was well worth it. Lee was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable and taught me how to do basic repairs while he was here so I can take care of my sprinkler system myself. After repairing the lines, he set up my system and explained the best way to water the lawn. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs help with their sprinklers.

Lee was backed up and at least returned my call and told me when his first opening was and we set time. All others were as booked our never answered the phone. He showed up as planned , he was quick efficient and reasonable. I would say he was the most knowledgeable and rapid guy I ever saw- survey repair and done. Definitely a keeper in your contacts

Lee Garrett is a good man and offers a great quality service. He is honest, upfront, thorough, and does not mind taking time to make sure you fully understand what is going on with your sprinkler system.
We had a 3' x 30' concrete addition to our driveway last year and the concrete company re-routed our sprinkler system. They did not do a good job and they came back to our property twice to fix the issues. Our system sprung a leak in the same area this season and so I called Lee two days ago to see if he could come repair it. He scheduled me for today so the turnaround time was awesome.

I give few 5 stars but Lee, the owner of CRS Sprinkler, gets 5 for not only great repair service but also because he and his crew are extremely friendly and fun.
Also, Lee's pricing is spot on with other companies but I suspect he often ends up completing the repair for less because he only repairs what needs to be and he and his crew work really hard and fast.
For me, they diagnosed electrical problems with 3 zones that were caused by a horrible repair company that was previously hired.
That sounds easy enough but all the malfunctioning valves were completely disconnected from the system and
