Blocked off an entire lane with a worker just running right up to cars and stopping them — not guiding them around their truck, mind you. Just flat out not allowing cars to go past. The street (Vickers west of Academy) does not go through—so there is literally no other way to get to the apartments, businesses, and homes. People were forced to park at the corner gas station and just wait them out. Unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

Today 9-22-17 around 12:30pm on 1st street in Berthoud performing that chip seal job with A-1 chip seal was the grand showing lack of safety. No traffic control, no flaggers, but instead saving some cash with two guys in trucks waving traffic by without being able to see the oncoming traffic. That was awesome, pulling into the oncoming lane to see cars and trucks speeding towards me. Maybe it should be one star but at least they had the blinking orange diamonds.
