Well for starters they rip you off on weight went down there with 1100 pounds my truck weighed 5900 pounds on the scale got off unloaded went back on the scale my truck weighed 5100 pounds which is weird because my truck only weighs 4800 pounds and when I’m in it it’s about 4880 well got off the scale handed me my slip no weight written down on it or nothing went to the office and they said I only had 400 pounds got ripped off by 700 pounds very unpleased if y’all are to go anywhere I suggest y’all go to kanos recycling in Saugerties he used to work for millens and runs it like he did and

Wow. Horrible experience. The secretary was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. Charged us 40 bucks for a tow fee but as we were waiting in the office we overheard her on the phone saying that towing is free? Very vague information on her part. I would explore other options/junkyards before using this one.

These guys are thieves. I brought in 240lbs of SLA batteries and they gave me HALF the going price because they were "small". Most were the size of motorcycle batteries. Millens never gave me a problem with my SMALL batteries. Stay away from these jokers, I should've checked the price of my scrap before I unloaded, lesson learned- hope YOU don't learn one the hard way, like I did!! First and LAST time these guys get my business, someone call INS- looks like a lot of undocumented workers here....

Great staff and a higher price then the other local recycling place. I had an old vehicle with a lien and they took it with no problem, the other place wanted me to track down the bank and get release forms, this was a old p.o.s! Hard working staff made a pleasant experience. One negative about West Kingston is that it's a little tight moving cars around.
