If you vacuum daily, and have a light amount of dirt and debris, you should have your vacuum serviced every 3 to 6 months.

Elderly sister 86 years old took mom's Heirloom sewing machine repair. We used to bring it n other things of mom out for Reunions. Huge family of Christians . The owner marveled at heirloom machine .At pickup later he switched the machine for another . Whole family know the machine. Don't go there . He is a Liar . Ran my family out the door. Happy, Lord will take care of You.

Three trips to the store telling me that machine is fixed and that it's user error but the machine still throws codes for a broken internal micro switch. When I brought it to his attention he got extremely defensive and told me to take my machine and get out of the store and he doesn't want to see us or work on my machine ever again. He's full of stories about how wonderful and great he is 40 years worth of knowledge and teaches people at the big Las Vegas show how to run their sewing machines. All I can say is go somewhere else... Anywhere else it's not worth your trouble.

I've been to this place twice. Once to get my sewing machine fixed, and once to get my vacuum fixed. Both times the (owner?) came right out to me, greeted me warmly, and looked at the problem right away. BOTH times he fixed it in less than a minute, and didn't even charge me. I have never purchased anything from him, but I would recommend this place first for vacuum or sewing machine needs, simply because his customer service is above and beyond!

I hate to give poor rating. It really bothers me! I bought my Disney innovis 1250d machine there several years ago and it was a good purchase for me. Years later this and another of my embroidery machine needed servicing a cleaning. Both machines cost me close to $400. I was good with that but both machines came back with Danes and worse issues. I took the first one back and he charged me $130. For another cleaning that he did a week before. When i called him he did void the invoice.

This is the worst sewing machine repair shop in Modesto. If you care at all about what you own and what you spend your money on and expect a professional, trustworthy, responsible repair technician then I saw look elsewhere. I took my machine to this shop and had to wait a week for it to be repaired after he said it would be done over the weekend. Then it didn't stitch straight, had a part missing and had the wrong bobbin in it. After asking him to correct the stitching problem, he told me "it was running great". Not true. The machine knocked loudly. I took it back to have him see if something
