Avery Thompson provides a full range of alterations, from hemming to refitting. Because we have the machinery to replicate most factory stitches or seams, your clothing can be repaired or alterated in the professional manner. We can hem and alter woven fabric garments, stretch fabric garments and everything inbetween.

We are pleased to provide designers and entrepeneurs with the ability to have small production ( >50) of numerous sewn goods. Having this resource in the Central Valley, allows designers and entrepeneurs to get their product sampled, approved and off to market without having to commute long distances or seek outsourcing overseas.

Awesome customer service and personality to boot - needed work done on a jacket. The finish was so professional. Despite the massive backlog due to Covid (3 to 4 weeks); managed to get my jacket done quickly and the charge was very reasonable.

Currently 6 months pregnant and needed to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed in a timely manner. After visiting 2 other alteration places, and getting turned down due to my timeframe I finally found Avery who was not only able to accommodate my timeframe but also had unbeatable pricing! You could not ask for a better tailor and manufacturer. Avery is amazing and his work is impeccable. We are very fortunate to have such a skilled person in town. Custom clothes to sewing on patches to uniforms and embroidery Avery can do what you need. Need custom clothes or altering because you are a hard fit? This is the place to go. His prices are so reasonable too!
