I don’t ever write reviews but I feel like this needed to be said. Called about buying a CRF300L and put a deposit down only to find out that the salesman lied to me about the entire transaction and my bike was about 6-8 months out with several people ahead of me. They called me and said they have a 300 Rally instead if I wanted to check it out. I told them the day and time I’d be down to look at it. After a 2 hour drive I get there and the bike isn’t ready and is still crated up. We negotiated a deal based on the entire situation and they told me they’d throw in a service manual since

Ive bought a lot of things in my lifetime. From cars and trucks to consumer electronics to furniture and more, but never have I found a salesperson that genuinely cares about looking out for my interests when making a purchase as I have in Mr. Jack Whitacre. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am getting exactly what meets my needs and at the best price. As a result I have now purchased three vehicles from him in the last year. My fiance and myself came in to finalize the paperwork on our first ATV after Jack took care of having the plow/winch installed, and the experience was awesome!
Even better, when we came back a few days later to pick it up once I had picked up a trailer, in a rush I left the house without my straps! I called on the way to ask Jack if he could add some straps that they sell there and that I could pay when I arrived. He said he'd take care of it. When I arrived he handed me a used pair and just said here, you can just have these and thanked me for the sale. Granted, I will be returning these in

"I went in to trade and my 4 wheeler which I dont use much anymore and also its kinda old (99),was not worth much I was better off keeping it to pull small logs up to my splitter as my tractor is too big to get threw woods. I bought a pioneer 1000 from Brandon and Bernie a couple years ago and fell in love with it. They have always been nice this time I wasnt mad about trade value and shop foreman even told me some things to help me out with the rattling I kept hearing came home and fixed it. "A huge kudos to Colin for tracking down the bike I wanted and getting it delivered to Winchester in record time - all through several same-day phone calls. Colin's dedication speaks volumes of the care and passion I soon experienced from other staff employees when I arrived and was greeted on the showroom floor - from finance to parts & service. The showroom was also super clean, roomy, and filled with every make and model to satisfy a kid in a candy store requirement. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit."
