We have given considerable thought to our role in the community. While many shops are closing due to the current health crisis and the ongoing efforts to reduce its effect, we believe that staying fit and exercise are key to staying healthy. Bicycle service/sale/repair will remain open. We're closing coffee for the time being. We will remain open for as long as it is reasonable to do so. Patience is requested as supply lines for products will be squeezed, and so will product deliveries.

This is an example. We are cyclists. We love all things two-wheeled from BMX to MTB, SSCX to Fixed, Gravel Road to Road Racing and absolutely everything in between. We're not interested in selling bicycles, we're interested in selling cycling. It isn't about the numbers. It's about helping our customers discover the benefits and beauty of a two-wheeled lifestyle.
Bicycles & Coffee is a full service bicycle shop with certified, professional mechanics. We service all makes and models, new or used from hand-me-downs to high-end race machines. We have experience building complete bikes to custom wheels but are just as happy doing the simple things, like changing a flat tire or lubing a chain.

By now you have noticed that Montague folding bikes are different from all others. Other folding bike makers start with the folded package, and work on how to telescope this out, and that out, to make something that is somewhat rideable for a short distance. Their priority is a small folded size, and not on riding performance.

I purchased a bike off of facebook and wanted it checked out and tuned. . The guys at bicycles and coffee were super helpful in this regard explaining what needed to be done. When I went to pick up my bike, i saw that they had gone above and beyond and fixed some of things that I wasn't aware of, with little to no impact to the wallet. These guys know how to treat customers right. They have earned my business and i'll be sending a few more their way.

On the bike side, they know what to do and help with what you need. We got the balance bikes for our kids there and recently a bigger bike for our 4 year old. They helped us set it up and all. On the coffee side, Dak makes the best Chai Tea Latte I’ve ever had. I’ve gone there instead of Starbucks most of the time! He also does a great job with the kids hot chocolate.

Under new ownership, Jason and Dak are great guys who can help you make great bike buying decisions, tune up / upgrade your old bike, serve you a mocha cappuccino, AND their prices are below online. My new go to bike store. I just bought a Specialized mountain bike here and the guys added a push button dropper seat for me to make the bike a super sweet package. Check them out!

Such a great place with wonderful owners! I love to stop in, grab a GREAT latte and talk cycles. Both the owners are knowledgeable and friendly. They have an awesome looking shop with a good and wide selection of bikes. Don't forget the great coffee they have as well! Stop in some time and you'll see one of the best bike shops in town!
