James came to our place and did a superb job of tuning up our bikes, retaping two bike handlebars and even lifted my handlebars with risers. He was extremeley patient and wanted to see us ride our bikes afterwards, to ensure things were the way we liked it. My husband said his bike feels brand new now! Thank you so much James, it was a pleasure to meet and talk to you!

Excellent! I have a 13 year old mountain bike that had not been serviced for many years and needed a tune up. I called some bike shops and most had a week to ten day wait before they could even look at the bike. James met me at my office, pulled out his tools, and got to work. In a little over an hour my bike was done and now rides better than it ever did. James also charges less than the estimates I got from bike shops. James is also a super nice guy and he did not try to sell me on anything extra that I did not need. I do not know why anyone would put up with the inconvenience and expense

I have dealt with so many people in the service field i.e. Repair and maintenance. I must confess james is one of the most decent and honest people i met and his work is second to none. I am always satisfied with his work.

James was on time and professional. He completed a tune-up on each of our bikes. He pointed out some things that were missed on the last maintenance.
Importantly, he didn't try to sell me anything extra. It's quite refreshing not having to turn down various upgrades or unnecessary replacement parts.
It's obvious James loves his work and loves cycling. Pricing was fair and you can't beat the service - no need to lug your equipment into a store as he comes right to your door!
