Our initial consultation and introductory classes give you a chance to try us out and decide which membership is perfect for you. Our Members enjoy personal instruction, small group sizes and a session curated just for them. Whether you are a newcomer or an experienced mover, Pure Pilates certified instructors can help create a program to personally fit your needs.

Our boutique studio environment means you'll always receive personalized attention. Using the Pilates Method of practice, Pure Pilates workouts focus on the core postural muscles to keep the body balanced and support the spine. Consistent Pilates practice provides an overall sense of well being, integrating the mind, body and spirit.
Services
Whether you are looking for an in-studio partner (2 people) or private session or a virtual ensemble (3-4 people) workout, we will create a program that fits your needs. With any program type, you'll receive personalized attention. Each session will challenge your body with the exercises of Joseph Pilates and his basic principles.
The Pilates Method (aka Pilates), pronounced "Puh - LAH - Teez" is a unique system of strengthening and stretching exercises created in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Originally known as Contrology, because of the way the method encourages the use of the mind to control the muscles, the Pilates Method focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.
We will do our best to find the right appointment time for new clients who want to participate in an in-studio partner or virtual ensemble sessions. If one of the 2 people cannot make the standing appointment, the remaining person has 2 options. If one or two of the 4 people cannot make the standing appointment, nothing will change for that one session.
One-on-one private appointments are the most personalized and consultative sessions we offer, with the most scheduling flexibility. Whether a new or experienced mover, privates are ideal for advancing your Pilates practice and perfecting your form in our studio or virtually in your home. Your instructor will customize a program that best fits your body's needs and aligns with your fitness level.
You and a friend or family member with similar wellness goals and schedules can share your love of Pilates in a semi-private setting. These sessions are standing appointments, designed and geared toward the individual needs. Instructors can easily vary and modify moves to accommodate each person, in a more social setting than privates.

Clean with a variety of Pilates classes. Instructors are great and really teach correct methods for all levels. Private and group classes. Group max is five people so it feels private. Pilates strengthens your core. For all ages. Low impact but amazing results.
