Unethical and deceitful Service!! We were quoted $170 by Jessica with a 21% discount for first booking - as their website offers. We were billed $180+ with the 21% discount. I called and spoke with Joanna, who is a condescending phony who insisted we were quoted higher. She finally said she would take care of it. instead, she called another family member and said the higher charge stayed. I called and got Jessica who confirmed $169.84 quote. Then Joanna called and refused to credit our card and offered a discount on the "next" booking, with her phony "caring" tone. Taking advantage of seniors,

Calling to set up transportation was very easy and the employee was very friendly and cordial. Ride was on time, actually early and the driver waited patiently for us to get ready. Driver was very helpful and friendly. We were delayed at doctor thru no fault of our own and the driver waited for us and there was no additional charges for the delay since it was not our fault. Would use and recommend Go Seniors in future!

They provided an amazing reliable handicap vehicle! The staff here are fantastic! It was for my wedding and we really needed to make sure everything went smooth with transporting my dad between venues. The vehicle was comfortable for him and worked extremely well for what we needed! Thank you for everything!!

What a wonderful ride service! Spoke with Jessica on the phone multiple times to have questions answered before I even booked them for my Dad. She was so helpful and patient. Late afternoon Saturday, I received word my Dad was being discharged from Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Jessica said she'd get right on it because most drivers were winding down for the day.
Thank You to Steven!! He added my Dad's pick up to his day at the last minute. He's thoughtful, cheerful and efficient. As a family, we're very satisfied and look forward to using the service again.
