We had an excellent experience with Cal-West Property Inspections. Adam arrived right on time, with mask and booties, and spent 3 hours in a respectful and incredibly detailed inspection of our property. He covered all aspects of the house, exterior and interior, and answered our many questions with easy-to-understand explanations. When he was done, he spent additional time going over the highlights of what he found with us and then delivered a detailed and digestible report within 24 hours. Better than 5 stars! From the start the office Manager Sylvia was very informative and knowledgeable, she booked me sooner than the other 3 inspection companies I had called and and and was a bit cheaper!!! Brandon, our inspector was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a super thorough inspection and sent a quick and easy to follow report full of pictures and color coded by safety concerns. Then he did the wrap up which was a walk through every little corner in the house pointing at the issues and offering great suggestions for DIY projects when possible.

First, the office administration was excellent and timely in responding to the request for an inspection and working with my agent to get it scheduled. Inspector Garrett was great. He showed up on time, was masked and had already signed the agreement that he would mask up. Garrett is professional, patient, and very thorough. He answered all my questions and was very prompt in replying to my emails. My inspection report included pictures and videos. Each section was categorized (example: plumbing or a/c) and color coded by whether it is a minor repair, a recommended improvement or a major concern/safety hazard.

Garrett is very thorough in his inspections. Very detailed and elaborate in his onsite onsite assessments and made sure we understood what was happening in a situation and what needed to be done. He is professional and courteous and I never felt him rushing through his work. We were able to have the inspection in less than a day notice. He is also very prompt in communications and making the appointment time. I would absolutely hire him again and would recommend to everybody.
