I have trusted him to do my own Home Inspection when I purchased a home recently. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Bjorn is outstanding! Talk about a professional and truly top notch those are just 2 things I can say about Bjorn. We're currently in Escrow on a new home and our realtor suggested using Bjorn and Searchlight for our home inspection and so far that has been one of the best decisions we've made. Bjorn saved us from buying a major money pit. Bjorn assisted me and my wife this past week by providing our very first home inspection on a perspective property. I was very pleased with friendly service and courtesy throughout the entire process, starting from the initial contact on the phone. Bjorn arrived on time and was prepared to stay as long as it took to finish the inspection. As he was evaluating the property, Bjorn (understanding out novice) gave us extremely helpful advise on what to look for, and how many parts of the home operated, along with suggestions on improvement for safety and legal compliance.
