My goal is to provide a thorough evaluation, through which we can develop a reasonable differential diagnosis, that is, a list of diagnostic possibilities. From there, we can develop a mutually agreed upon treatment plan which may include medication, therapy/counseling, exercise, complementary or so called integrative approaches, or further medical evaluation including lab tests and/or referral for specific evaluation for possible contributory medical concerns.

I was hospitalized at RMH for my first hospitalization ever. That's when I met Dr. Conell. The whole experience was very difficult for me because this was a combination of an Muliple Sclerosis Exascerbation and obviously a depressive state of mind . All physicians were new to me. I will have to say that Dr Conell explained things better than I had ever heard them explained. Maybe it had to do with his medical background. I later saw his partner Dr. Raymond Aldefer after discharge, due to schedule availability and found him to be an awesome doctor also. They have different styles, but are both very
