The whole office is very rude and unprofessional I'm usually one not to complain but I could never get my medicine filled and ended up really sick until I saw a new doctor which took a month and clearly I wasn't on the right medication anyway and was treated like I have a drug problem when I've NEVER did drugs in my life and I absolutely hate taking medication now as it is I highly recommend not going to this office they wouldn't fill my prescription but was quick to send me a bill I guess I'll do like them lie and say I never got the request or they have to send it a different way so I'll get

Careless and not helpful with psychological issues. Went there multiple times for mental issues till I had enough of their poor practice. Each appointment felt like they just wanted to push me out the door and be a pill pusher. Each appointment was less then 10 minutes! That's pitiful for helping anyone. Even the main doctor (christianson) was the same way. STAY AWAY FROM HERE if you are looking for actual help.

In terms of their level knowledge and professionalism (on the most basic level), I have been satisfied and feel I can trust the care I receive there.
If you, like me, go there because you don't really have a choice, I hope that this review will help you as you weigh your options.
I've been seeing a psychiatric professional at Shenandoah Psychiatric for about a year now, and I go there due to a lack of options for psychiatric care in this geographical this area, which is why I suspect they still stay fairly busy.
In terms of the personal treatment of the patients who come in, its rather pitiful

I was treated here for about a month for my illness and each time was a battle at the front desk with Anna, the clerk who from what Iv been told has a Bad reputation of being rude and unkind towards the patients!. She is very very "unprofessional" with that being said, after a while I got so frustrated with being mistreated so I took further measures and contacted human resources to have something done about the situation considering I have a very low tolerance for DISRESPECT!!!!!. when notified that they had been reported to human resources they later refused to reschedule me another appointment
