Very knowledgeable and caring. Always helpful. Searches for books or articles that will help me which then she will lend me or suggest for me to buy. Then explains the reasons behind them which helps me learn and change my thinking. I apply that change and see more confidence in myself. I have seen alot of improvement in myself since I've started to meet with Parveen. Would definitely recommend others to make an appointment with her if they seek psychotherapy.

Prior to meeting with Parveen, I was a huge skeptic when it came to the whole therapy thing. After extensive research, I finally decided to meet with her, and honestly, it was the best decision of my life. I would highly recommend Parveen to any individual that feels “stuck or lost” and just wants to get their life together. She is compassionate, genuine, non-judgmental, and will work cooperatively with you. As long as you’re open-minded, honest and willing to put in the work, she will help you be the best version of yourself.
