Howell Kitchen never disappoints. Their food is delicious. The General Tso's chicken and Kung Pao chicken are incredible. Their spare ribs are crispy and sweet. Best Chinese food in Howell NJ

Food is good, but very salty. Chicken on a stick is very good. Lo mein is a little bland. Nice people though!

My wife waited over 40 minutes which was fine, but expecting to pick up good food. We opened the fried rice and I thought white rice was accidentally put in my order. There was literally a sprinkle of soy sauce on it and that was the fried rice? The sweet and sour sauce was forgotten for the sweet and sour chicken, and the boneless spare ribs were hardly edible they were so over cooked. I will never order from here again. If I could give 0 starts I would.

Have lived in Howell for 25 years and have tried just about every Chinese place on rt 9 through the years. While some were ok some, others were a big disppoinment because of their hype and reputation, but I think we have finally found our "go to place" and this is it, so far. This mother's day our plans were to bbq, but mother nature had other plans because it was totally rained out so we ordered chinese. I wanted to try some place different so we did and rolled the dice. Food is ok but they are quick and nice people. I've had way better Chinese food at other places but I've also had way worse. You won't be dissatisfied but it will not be memorable Chinese takeout dinner for the family!

The food was fast food Chinese. Not bad, not the best. Just ok. Tried to place a delivery order over the phone. It was so hard to understand the old man. I kept trying to give him my address and it took 3 minutes. Please pay someone who can speak to the customers. It would help. I will say the delivery driver was a very nice and very polite older woman. That was refreshing.

Pretty good and friendly owners. My only problem is often times the chicken is chewy the steak is tough and the large shrimp are squishy. I want to give five stars however, I’ve been to other Chinese restaurants that don’t have these meat quality problems.

Food tastes reheated sometimes and I was completely turned off by their chicken. I requested white meat, but was still given dark pieces that were tough and chewy.

Best Chinese I've had in jersey since leaving New York. Without a doubt..it's become my go to, everything is always fresh. Best dumplings around..their Lo-mein is fantastic as well. If your craving some good comfort Chinese. This is your spot

We ordered to eat in. Food appeared quickly, suspiciously so, in flimsy paper plates and cheap plastic forks, the kind that snap when you use force. This is one of the best Chinese in Howell by far. Food is always fresh and delicious. its staffs are friendly. it may takes a little longer for delivery sometimes when it is busy.

Ordered from here twice, got sick both times within minutes of beginning to eat, so I know it wasn't a fluke.

Have been eating here for years! Love it! There are a bunch of Chinese places in Howell, this by far is the greatest of them all! Best beef with broccoli! They recently added online order which is a godsend!

First time ordering from here. Got french fries(unedible but i didnt care, fries anywhere from chinese joints are hit or miss) the best fried wontons on the planet, and steamed chicken with brown rice. Pretty good gotta admit

Amazing food !!! my only problem is the slow delivery but i dont mind that much my friend candy gave me a gift card for hanukkah and so i went and ive loved it ever since i would recommend the chicken rice soup and spring rolls

We have getting take out from Howell Kitchen for many years & always loved their food. About a year or so ago we noticed it changed & that the people who we used to see working there were no longer there. I assume the business was sold to someone else.

Unfortunately the food has really gone downhill. We always ordered the house lo mein & did so again the other night. The noodles were fat & chewy, like they had been sitting around quite awhile. This place is the only spot I go to for Chinese food. Doesn't make me feel like crap after I eat it because they don't load everything with salt. The wonton soup is do die for and I love their boneless spare ribs. Fried rice is killer and their chicken is always white meat. The staff and the owner is super friendly and they deliver quick, even on weekends when they are busy. Not expensive either. Definite 5 stars for Howell Kitch

Normally very good but once in a while either they change owners or the chef! Either way give em a shot!

Relatively new to the area-- have tried several take out places to try to find good Chinese food. This is the best around. Everything is always great. Staff is friendly and delivery is pretty quick. Will definitely order again.

I would have given 5. The were fast and not terrible prices. When ordering I asked if their spicy food could be extra hot. He said ok. Got home, I didnt have any spice or hot. It was still good but missed the kick. Ill return again, even without spice, food was good

Probably the best Chinese takeout place in the area. I usually have to go all the way to Crown Palace in Marlboro for good Chinese food (mostly dim sum), but this is great in a pinch and way better than the other places nearby.
