My family and I loved Red Oak! We got to camp and relax and found a place to swim and jump off a pier and have some fun!! The picture with the water is at Webb’s Ferry down from Red Oak. Both places are beautiful!!

Due to the pandemic, during spring break, we decided to stay within our home state of PA. So we rented an RV and set out to explore this great state. One of the planned stops along the way was the Allegheny National Forest. Since most RV campgrounds are closed in the off season, I came across Red Oak Campground, since they listed that they were open all year round. I went ahead and booked a site online. However, one of the owners, Joanne, contacted me and told me they still had snow on the ground and wouldn't be sure if we would be able to get there, and to call back a few days ahead of time to

We highly recommend this campground. We had a long trip planned with many unknowns on where we might stay and this became one of our stops. They were extremely accommodating and live on site so were always available if needed. The bathrooms are updated and CLEAN. We did not use the store but did get propane refilled. The area is quiet and nestled in some woods so cell service and wifi they have can be spotty but it's a great place to get away. We would absolutely stay here again.

Extremely kid friendly camp. Always something for the kids to do on the weekends. Friendly staff, great prices, play ground, pool, volleyball and basketball court, ceramic shop, renovation being down on a new bathroom and washing area (summer of 2020), game room, and a camp store.

Quiet for the number of people present. Sites adequate in size but crammed together. Lots of nice big shade trees. No phone service at all and the free WiFi was terrible at best. The swings and slides had pits worn underneath and due to a storm contained 8" deep mudholes. Restrooms were clean and maintained. Staff was friendly and responsive to camper questions and needs. Most of the campers seemed friendly or at least respectful of neighbors.

We came here to Red Oak on a whim. Perfect place to bring kids. There is a bunch for the kids to do. The kids loved the huge LEGO's. They spent a ton of time building a house. There is a huge jump pad. My youngest loves it. There were a ton of kids playing and some good friendships made. The kids loved going to the store and buying little things.

We ended up staying longer than planned, 11 days. They owners were very helpful in making our site work to keep us there. They are very nice and you can tell they truly enjoy what they are doing and that they love seeing people smile! Also, you

What a nice campground. We had a great weekend. We stayed in the cabins, they were spacious and clean. The kids had lots of activities to keep them busy and the Kinzua Reservoir is right down the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a nice little pool for the kids and the office even had DVD’s to rent on the one night it rained a bit. My family will definitely be staying here again.

Honestly if it wasn't for my kids I wouldn't leave two stars. My kids enjoyed themselves the legos kept them Entertained all day. Staff is friendly but they do not have consistent rules. We camped from wed-Sunday. We were woken up 5 am every day besides the last day to dogs barking nonstop. The rules clearly state no bikes after dark but at 8pm when it's still bright out my kids got yelled at for having their bikes because the lights came on. They do offer free WiFi but don't count on that. It didn't work at all. Boredom was an understatement. If you want a place to disconnect

We stayed at this campground for the week of July 4th...it was really crowded but thinned out throughout the week...could be an awesome campground...but some of the seasonal people and seasonal campsites need help.. . We ran into 3 instances of disrespectful guests...1. A seasonal guest/employee decided that he could use our personal property without permission.. 2. A neighbor's guest felt they could park their truck on our site facing our RV overnight. 3. Next day someone on other side did same thing... They have a decent amount of stuff for the family to do.. the pool was cloudy but they
