We are a family oriented campground located in the peaceful beautiful hills of Kennedy, NY. We offer many spacious sites, all of which now have full hookups. A majority of our sites are 30 amp, however, we do have some 50 amp service sites. For those who prefer to rough it, we have a primitive RV area as well as a tent area.
Our amenities include a 24 x 40 heated pool. We have clean, modern restrooms, hot showers, a playground, a store, a small library, horseshoe pits, bocce courts, and free Wi-Fi. We sell fire wood, propane, and ice. We are pet-friendly (rabies form required) and offer various planned activities throughout the season.

We used Bella Vista Campground as our go-to place in the Jamestown area for three or four years - before they expanded the septic lines. We really liked that quiet, peaceful place but the last time we stayed we discovered the septic connections were simply pipes, six to eight inches above the ground and no effective way to keep your hose secure. When we emptied tanks we had to hand drain our raised hose and manually hold the hose in the pipe and expected it would be changed our next visit.

Bella Vista didn’t seem very welcoming in my family’s eyes. The people that live on the camp ground or visits every weekend they didn’t welcome us with open arms. They gave us go to hell looks when we said yes ma’am and no ma’am. Everything we did or said at OUR camp sit it was return to the front desk. There was an incident at the Pool and my daughter got blamed on. And the owners took the other people’s word because they’ve been going there for two years. Then while we were on a family outing they were snooping around our camper. Then we had permission to use something of ours and

We just purchased a trailer that's on a seasonal lot there. wow we could pull the trailer out easily and either go on the road or move to another campground The owners have been amazingly nice. We are so impressed with the campground itself as well as the cleanliness. The owners in their family have just been wonderful and getting us in and ready.
