OUTSTANDING! Haven't experienced Quality Customer Service and helpfulness that David Shotwell (owner), Rick Shotwell (CEO) and Nicole provided both in-store and in-home since moving to Florida 9 years ago. The Membrane and Pre/Post Filters for my Watershield RO system needed to be replaced. Couldn't find these filters in the local big box stores anymore. Charlotte County Water Inc. Rainsoft has them! The filters purchased from here have a 3 years replacement period on the membrane filter and 1year replacement period for the pre/post filters. Unlike other filters purchased elsewhere, according to

They work their Salt truck driver like a dog at this facility for $14.00 per HR they also want you to do the jobs of 10 different people. Salesman, Driver, Forklift operator, charting, verifying customer payment, cleaning up thewarehouse yard everyday and also keeping track of your own commissions because the people in the office are to lazy to do their job. I don't recommend applying for a job at this place!!

I called this company to come out and do an consultation for my water system. My appointment was scheduled on a Monday. Someone called me Monday morning to say they will be out between 2-4. No one came or called. I called the office at 4:30pm and left a message that no one showed up. You would think the following morning someone would have called me back. NO! I called them back to see what happened and was told there was an “emergency “ and they pulled all service techs for that job and I must have been missed when they were rescheduling appointments. Just like people below have stated, if you try calling with any issues they hardly answer, and good luck getting the big guy to call you back with any issues. Long story short, we bought our house in summer of 2017 and within a week had Rainsoft at our house (new to the area from the east coast, Home Depot was who sent them out.) Needless to say they were here to fix a part that the previous owner had taken out. After running some test, and Dan Walker (who i was told is no longer with them for good reason) explained to us that we needs x, y, z... We ended

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole transaction with Charlotte County Water Inc Rainsoft. Rick Shotwell arrived at the appointed time and very competently tested my home water and presented various options offered by Rainsoft for water softening and filtering. We went through the whole softener system in detail and he professionally answered all my questions in easy to understand terms. 5 star service all the way! This is the 2nd Eco system I've had installed in my homes. Wouldn't use the water without it, and it has been a great selling point when moving on. Rainsoft's Charlotte County office installed an EC5 water softener, whole house Carbon Filter and a complete R/O system with a PH plus cartridge at our recently purchased home. The staff at this Rainsoft office are all customer focussed from the phone receptionist to project manager quoting the job and the installers. My home requirements were complex with two separate water feeds to the home located on opposite sides of the building. There were also I-beams obstructing the addition of water lines to bridge one side to the other. Rick the service manager quoting the project engineered a solution

Rain Soft installed a reverse osmosis system for me and they did an incredible job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is planning on getting a reverse osmosis system. The guys working for Rain Soft were very polite and pleasant to speak to. Rick was very polite and explained everything in detail regarding what steps they will be taking to install the reverse osmosis system. He answered any questions I had pertaining to this system. My 3 year old pomeranian really liked Rick. He acted as if hes known Rick for years and I was always told that dogs are a good judge of character.
