I've been there on 2 occasions and both
times I found the owner to be kind, helpful and conscientious.
I brought in my engagement ring to see if he could straighten the band which had become a little bent. He took a careful look at my precious ring and brought out a tool from the back to straighten it. He did the work in front of me so I could watch what he was doing with confidence. He also helpfully explained the difference between platinum and white gold to help me better understand how soft each metal is!

I had them replace my Omega watch battery. Three days later, my watch stopped working again. I just took it to another place to have the battery replaced, thinking that they just put a defective battery in there and I didn't want to go back to the same place. Come to find out, apparently when these folks were replacing the battery, they broke the arm that holds the battery in place. Who knows how much it will cost to be repaired. I do not recommend.

I walked in to ask about getting a ring with sentimental value re-plated with gold where it is starting to wear off. He took it from my hand, then the phone rang and he went into the back, I assumed to answer it. The next minute I hear this grinding sound and I shout for him to stop - he had already started grinding off the gold that was still on the ring!! He then came out and told me that he wouldn’t even re-plate it, that I should make the decision to just remove it all. That is NOT what I wanted, but he took it upon himself to start destroying it before even

Jack was absolutely amazing. He provides top-tier service for jewelry including cleaning and resizing. I was able to get my fiancee's ring resized very quickly for a very reasonable price and with the best-quality work. He made sure that none of the stones were going to fall out easily and he welcomed us to come back in several months to get it rechecked. I definitely plan on taking more future jewelry needs (including purchases) back to this shop.

Came in to resize a ring which came out great. The owner was very honest with me when I asked about refinishing another ring in gold as he did not recommend it due to the style of the ring. I don't know much about jewelry, and needed to find a place to resize my engagement ring. I was kind of nervous about it because I didn't know what it would cost, if it would be the same material and quality, or how long it would take... Jack is the business owner and he made me feel completely confident in his abilities. He is fully equipped on site, offered to have my ring finished the same day, and when I said I was nervous about a smaller stone being damaged or falling out he explained to me the process and that he would tighten the settings after cleaning them. Needed a new battery for my fossil watch. I didn't want to go to fossil; last time i went to fossil to get the battery replaced, the worker squished the gasket and i didn't notice until a day or two later that the gasket was sticking out. I ended up having to go back to the store to get it fixed (remember this).

Came in with four watches (with replacement batteries) that I couldn't get backs off. Two of which were diving watches requiring a special tool. Jack helped me get backs off three. I replaced my own batteries. One watch he couldn't get the back off and referred me to another shop down the street with more experience with watches. Surprisingly he didn't charged me even though I insisted. Finally just gave him $5 for his trouble. Very friendly.
