This is my new jewelry place. They have amazing pieces at affordable prices. I've bought several earrings already in silver and the quality has been great. It's a lovely store and the staff is great. I would like to see a bigger selection of their jewelry in Silver though..
I recently got my ears pierced as well. The piercer knew what he was doing and offered great advice on how to take care of my piercings. I will be back to get a checkup and to replace my current earrings.

I scheduled a piercing appointment over a month in advance only to arrive 10 minutes late due to train delays because of the winter weather, and was told on arrival there was only a 5 minute grace period and they could not fit me in.
This was mentioned in none of the confirmation or reminder emails. In addition, I had tried to call before leaving to say I may be late but could not find the phone number in my emails, on their google location, or on their website. When I mentioned this at the store I was told it was on the website, and later found it located deep within the store directories.

I needed a new pair of rings, since all my other sets which are gold fill are actually tarnishing, bummer. I've had a few mejuri items in my wishlist so I decided to treat myself to what I've been wanting. It didn't fit, my fault, so I went to the store downtown, first time ever, weird I know, and the ladies there was sooooo awesome and sweet, made me wonder why I took so long to visit, I tried on the exact rings in another size and exchanged them right away. Awesome. Now I'll wear my rings and earrings all the time without any worry of tarnishing.

Ordered a simple ring sizer November 2021, we are now January 2022 and never received . I can't imagine what would take so long on something that's not even jewelry. Emailed with no response, I'm so glad I didn't learn the hard way by ordering actual jewelry. Lots of other options out there and this company is not the one!

I waited 50 minutes in the cold weather in line today to pick up a pair of $400 earrings I already paid full price for. The store was extremely understaffed with only two women working the day the store opened after being closed for multiple days for Christmas. In response to another customer’s complaint posted on this thread about the wait time, the owner writes that Merjuri offers online shopping and in-store pickup— well, I was unaware that I would have to wait in a nearly hour-long line for IN-STORE PICKUP which should take 2 minutes. It’s as if Merjuri purposely understaffs the store

I have shopped mejuri online and have finally got to the store and it was amazing! it was kind of annoying at first because they only let about 10 ppl in the store in the time which could definitely fit 15 or 20 while still following covid guild lines. the employees were super nice and helpful. there is not a huge selection but some nice pieces. i found what i wanted very easily and then some. would love for them to open more locations!

Purchased a pair earring at the store in New York. While my credit card was charged 550.00 at the time of purchase - items were only received four months later.
Gold hoops had defective locks and one earring got lost right away without any warnings. Never ever I lost an earring from my ears while walking. Store never returned my calls - company emailed me that as my purchase was a long time ago there is nothing to be done. They offered me to RE PURCHASE 550.00 item. Simply disgusting! Stay away

I had such a great experience in the store! My boyfriend purchased me the Trillion Diamond necklace in February. I ended up getting it tangled and was so upset. Grace was able to completely untangle it in a matter of minutes while remaining kind and calm. Her customer service was outstanding and I ended up purchasing the Satellite Bracelet & Mini Diamond Studs in the store as well. I love the quality of Mejuri jewelry and after my experience in the store with the amazing Grace, I’ll certainly be back for all my jewelry needs!

The staff and service are truly off-putting. There was a queue outside the store for social distancing, but mostly to ensure each individual gets time with a staff member. However, I noticed once the queue was all non-white individuals, the store was constantly at capacity, despite multiple individuals leaving the store and staffers floating amongst each other. At one point, the woman watching watching the door announced, "Does anyone know what they want now", in an extremely brusque and impatient manner.

I purchased a pair of studs and an earring cuff both being 14K gold. The quality of their products seems to be good and the staff was attentive in offering help whenever you needed it. It was also convenient to ring up your order as they were able to process it on their individual tablets they had. There was a line that took at least 30 mins so be warned coming on a Saturday afternoon.
Overall I had a good experience and will have to update on how the gold holds up. Given the price point and location of the store, I would come again but on a less busy day.

Lizell was the sales associate that helped me during my first time visiting the store. I came at a very good time during the middle of the week, as I did not feel rushed to try on the products. Given that it was during covid, I had to wait in line outside while 2 customers were allowed in store. I liked that the staff did not pressure me into buying anything, but instead assisted in me trying everything that caught my eye. I appreciated that, as I do not like to be persuaded in buying anything. Lizell was super helpful and nice during my visit. Can't wait to come back for my next purchase.

Looks great at first but being the owner of 2 pieces of mejuri products I have to say the quality deteriorated fast. If it gets anywhere near heat forget it, it's going to be green and blue. Not what you expect from the price. What I got was the croissant dome earrings in gold plated - it's not solid gold or anything but this started changing color after a week. This is a huge issue because the part where you put through your ear was the first thing that changed color and gave me an allergic reaction from the greenish metal. If you're purchasing from mejuri maybe consider only getting

Walking in, the ambiance of the store is great. It's bright, organized well, and not cluttered. The employees are extremely helpful, but not overbearing. You can try on any jewelry you wish as you walk around and you don't feel pressured to get anything. I ended up purchasing a necklace. They wrapped it up so nice in a box with a bag for me. I can't wait to come back.

Worst product, return policy, and procedures I have ever experienced. They will not be in business long if this continues. Bought a piece of jewelry, it broke within an hour of me putting it on and they are giving me the run around regarding a return label. They needed a photo, my address, and still no return label. They now have to it escalate this" to see what can be done". Give me a damn return label for your poor quality!!!!
