Took a simple water-resistant Skagen watch for a battery change. Condensation appeared inside the watch within a day. Took it back - the repair guy used a hair dryer to dry it out. Watch stopped moving within a week. Hopefully the watch isn't broken and just needs another new battery... Very disappointed with service and the hassle for what should've been a very simple battery change.

If you don't want to catch Covid, stay away! Two guys in there, in a small space, NONE OF THEM WEARING A MASK! Had to ask them to put a mask on and only one of them did it. They won't open the door to this small place to get some fresh air because "it's too windy". I'm genuinely scared after being inside! Calling CDC because they clearly couldn't care less about anyone's safety!

9/22/20 So the clasp opened this Sunday, which is less than a week of having it put on the necklace. I went back today to see if maybe I can have a stronger clasp put on and was happy to pay the difference, but he basically said if you pull it than it'll stretch and open. Basically, it is your fault. But here's the thing...I've had clasps on cheap necklaces from Claire's accessories that have lasted longer than this clasp! This was back when I was a teen and way tougher on my jewelry. I have not been that tough at all.

After taking my watch to another so-called watch repair shop for a simple basic battery replacement it turned out they had not even put the cover back on properly...good thing I didn't wash my hand with this water-proof (if sealed properly) watch!
I took it to Rush Hour and they properly secured the back and now the watch is good as new. Highly recommended.

So I got myself an adult watch, felt like I should graduate from a Swatch watch to a serious adult watch with Japanese movement, tiny diamonds, and MOP, but it was too big. Dropped by Rush Hour Jewelry, a small, nicely air-conditioned building, plenty of parking. Dmitri removed four links and in less than 5 minutes, I had my new watch on my wrist for a great price! I really recommend Rush Hour for skill, time, and great service!

Went here to get a ring resized. The proprietor seemed like a nice guy with high expertise, he explained what would have to be done and quoted me a reasonable price. Was able to pick it up in two days. No long waits on either end. The ring now fits my wife great and has no signs that it was even resized. High quality work. Overall very pleasant experience and would recommend
