The studio is home to PILATES DESIGNS equipment specializing in Classical Pilates Equipment which is true to Joseph H. Pilates original measurements and specifications. This is an exciting improvement that will encourage the practitioner to seek deeper connections and ultimately improves results from the Pilates Method.
These Pilates sessions are shared - 2 people share the attention of the instructor. Partners must be prearranged by the students and it is advised that the participants match in experience level to appropriately challenge both clients. All Pilates class purchases are subject to specific expiration dates shown at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
