The web site says it all! Always need my Pilates when traveling and this definitely surpassed my expectations. The islands are my second home so to have this tropical ambiance and Pilates made my vacation. I still miss Nicole who's inspiring cues were ideal in getting in touch with my body.

I fell in love with pilates because of this studio!
Located in a residential area, super quiet, surrounded by beautiful Kauai greenery. I had few classes with Nicole and Gina, both of them are very skilled and helpful.
I know I will stick to pilates when I will come back from vacation. It feels like a new you, like you yourself adjusted your back and posture. I can feel my abdominals and getting out of bed is so much easier! My postpartum belly is going away after just a few classes!!!! Even my boys (husband and son) went there a couple of times and fell in love!

As a long-time pilates advocate and junkie, I have nothing but praise for the Pilates Kauai studio and the instructors. I travel a lot for work so I seek out pilates studios where ever I go, and I must say, the staff and workouts at Pilates Kauai are the best I've found thus far. The new location is gorgeous and conveniently located -- a private setting situated among gorgeous and lush tropical landscaping. The equipment and props are new (and numerous) and the instructors are extremely focused on providing an optimum workout. I've been to some studios where the workout never really varies much

*No stars*. A month before my planned week visit to Kauai I made a reservation for a class at this studio. On arriving I was blocked at the door and told the class had been cancelled, that the instructor was giving a private session. I had received no notification, had been charged for the class, and on my latest statement saw that the fee had not been refunded. This behavior is contrary to my experience of Pilates.

I'm newer to Pilates and wanted to make sure I didn't lose the progress I had made while I on vacation. I had a great time in their classes, the teachers were knowledgeable, friendly and the class sizes were small (6 max). My fellow students were also very welcoming which just made the classes even nicer. While it doesn't affect the class itself I have to say the view from the studio is also amazing! At one point I had cause to talk to the owner about an issue and Lori quickly and professionally resolved it. I can't express how refreshing her professionalism was and how

I can't say enough about Pilates Kauai. I've been going to Laurie and her incredible teachers, Nicole and Michelle, for the last couple of years. Once I book our airline tix, getting my schedule for classes, is the next thing I do.

Nestled against the magical beauty of Kalihiwai Ridge, I often feel my breathing soften as I drive to Pilates Kauai studio. This peaceful feeling continues under the loving care of the owner, Laurie, and her primary teachers, Nicole and Michelle. The studio is run with a gracious integrity, the equipment is top notch and the classes and sessions (which I have attended for several years) somehow simultaneously challenge and nourish me every time.

I just happened upon this place and have been going for the last 6 months. While I am not well versed in all the different methods of Pilates, I can say that this one works for me. I tried Pilates mat a few years ago and strained my back, but the well trained and professional staff here work diligently to make sure that you are safe and in correct form. I have worked with both Laurie (owner) and Nicole and love them both. They work hard to accommodate my schedule. The studio & machines are in pristine
