Services
We offer one of the best carpet cleaning services in the Surprise area. We use only the best equipment, cleaning agents and cleaning methods. Hot water extraction or "steam cleaning" is the preferred cleaning method by major carpet manufactures. We include all pre conditioner and fiber rinse in all our service.
By taking a donor piece either left over from the install or by taking a piece from a closet. Prices vary on this service, if you could either email us a picture or even text a picture to us we can get a good quote to you. We fix this by re stretching with a power stretcher giving it a wall to wall stretch not just a little knee kicker.
Cranmore Carpet Cleaning has been offering carpet to our property managers for years and recently opened our flooring store to the public and our cleaning customers! I have used zerorez a lot in the past but they charge a lot. Decided to try out Cranmore from recommendations in the neighborhood. They came out and cleaned my carpet and addressed some pet mess spots/smells that I had. Wow! They did amazing work and the carpet doesn't even smell now that it's wet. Half the price of zerorez. Friendly also. Definitely recommend!

These folks are the best! We wanted the carpet removed in all 3 bedrooms and replaced with the same LVP flooring that was in the rest of the house (installed by another company before we bought the house). They were able to find the same flooring & got us scheduled for installation even sooner than promised. Their crew got there ON TIME, worked like crazy (only stopping for lunch) and got it all done in one day. If there were any questions, they asked us our opinion or gave us options of what they could do. Every speck of old carpet or debris was cleaned up from the driveway...highly recommended

Jason just left my house (1415). He’s been here since 1000 (appointment time). He showed, ON TIME. We reviewed what we wanted done. Master bed & bath, hallway, living-room, game room, kitchen, laundry room, hall bath (a mixture of tile and carpet). He explained his plan then went to work. He never quit working, blew through lunch. Suffice it to say, we will use Cranmore again. And we will probably ask for Jason. Cranmore did an excellent job in the installation of tile for my kitchen backsplash. The installers, Jackson and Kat, were true professionals.
I am picky when it comes to straight tile lines - which were perfect! Jackson and Kat were also very cognizant about keeping the surrounding areas covered with a plastic barrier, did all the tile cutting outside to minimize dust and then were very thorough cleaning up after the installation. I also have to commend Tiffany who had patience and understanding in scheduling measure and installation appointments. I would highly recommend Cranmore for tile products

Great experience ever. Large selection of quality materials, superior customer service. They were very professional and the floor in my lanai was done expertly. A major difference from the old indoor/outdoor carpeting. I will hire them again for the other rooms in our home. Wonderful local business.

Just had our carpets cleaned and wow what a difference. We thought we were going to have to replace them which would have cost around five thousand dollars. The salesman Steve suggested getting them cleaned first so we did and they look great. They were professional, extremely careful around corners and baseboards and very reasonably priced. Strongly urge folks to try them out.
