Today was my first time visiting Kleinhenz Jewelers. I had become very discouraged with my long time jewelers and was looking for a new place to buy quality jewelry. As I walked in the door the first thing I noticed was the portraits on the wall indicating that this was a family owned business with years of experience. Great feeling right from the… start. I came to Kleinhenz Jewelers to get my watch resized and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Annette. She was so polite and had tremendous customer service skills. I felt welcomed and comfortable immediately entering the store. Shane also did an incredible job resizing my watch and he did it so fast. I was in and out of the store in less then 10 minutes. The associates at Kleinhenz Jewelers are stand up people and they are as efficient as jewelers come. I will definitely be back because of Annette and Shane. Thank you Kleinhenz Jewelers.

Over the course of the week, Kleinhenz helped me select and size two wristwatch bracelets for a Seiko and vintage Orient. Shane, the Director of Operations, was extremely reliable in providing advice on the style and fit of both bracelets. He went above and beyond my expectations to ensure a perfect fit by removing links and cutting down the rubber strap for my Seiko, continuously checking back with me to make sure I was confident in the length of the band. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the bracelets was in-line with my expectations.

You must visit this jewelry store to visit Becky. She is probably one of the most amazing humans I have ever met. Fancy jewelry stores can be very intimidating, but she will truly make you feel at home and like family. She will help you every step of the way with your custom design project, (or any of your jewelry needs!) ...what a GEM!

Staff is amazing! I was looking to have a pendant made from a single diamond. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient while I made my decision - absolutely no pressure. Their recommendations were excellent and I am very happy with the end product. I love my new pendant... it is exactly what I wanted!

I recently purchased a wedding band there and within 5 months, one of the diamonds fell out. The ring was sent back to the manufacturer who made up a claim that the basket was impacted. My wife is a massage therapist (also recently pregnant) and wears her ring on her necklace so that claim is simply not true. Kleinhenz kept saying you’re getting a… “special price” on the repair and DID NOT stand behind their product or offer any compromise. It seemed to be all about getting that service repair payment. I have never heard of a jewelry store that doesn’t honor at least

I made my first purchase at Kleinhenz Jewelers over a year ago, just prior to Christmas. I loved the service and attention received during selection process and my wife absolutely loved her beautiful diamond earrings on Christmas day. Trying to find the right present for my wife has always been a very stressful and frustrating experience but… Kleinhenz Jewelers made it do so easy. I did not realize that I had no idea about what women really want in modern jewelry. At the end of the day, right holiday mood was set and as you know, life is good when wife is happy.
