He completely fixed my engagement ring after the diamond had fallen out and was put back in crooked by Buchards Jewelery in Berea. Came here to have the batteries on my fairly expensive watch replaced and the whole process was very quick!

We have been coming to Jeff for years now and could not possibly say how perfect each and every experience has been. He is so incredibly talented, thoughtful, professional and fun to work with. There have been a few custom pieces he has made for us and he puts his whole heart into them. Jeff has also repaired a few family heirlooms to perfection. Everything in the store is beautiful!!!

My heirloom engagement ring needed some love and resizing. I feel most jewelers will turn away as it is not their ring. Broestl welcomed me with open arms and made sure every time I went in there I was happy. The owner even resized my ring TWICE the WEEK OF my wedding because I was nervous it was too tight. I am amazed by the treatment I received and will always remember this and continue to bring my ring to be looked at and cleaned. We also ended up buying my husbands wedding band there and I have recommend Broestl to so many people since my positive experience.

I get alot of repairs on my gold here. The guy is incredible at repairs. He took an unexpected initiative repairing a valuable Pendant in a way I didnt expect and still this day I wear it daily and its stronger than ever. I was wowed by that experience alone..The women are very helpful and have options on which way u may want to repair something. They never get annoyed(which I hate.be nice!) Overall great experience!

I was gifted an heirloom ring & wrap from my Dear late aunt 5-6 years ago, but it truly wasn’t my style, so it sat in a drawer. For any guys out there seeking an engagement ring, look no further. Jeff was the best! Knowing very little about jewelry, I was nervous going into it but immediately knew I was in great hands. Jeff and his team were patient with me throughout the whole process and determined to find the right ring for me. Jeff, the jeweler, is incredibly talented and stands by his products and their quality. My husband purchased my engagement ring which was specially designed and we purchased our wedding bands through them.
