Our business is also about giving and our founder Bernard Eilberg taught his son David who in turn taught me that our communities support deserves the support of our business in return. Went to get my engagement ring sized here when I first got engaged and I’ll never forget the great service. They were super accommodating and got it done the same day so I could wear it. This was one of the most horrific experiences of my life. Liz, if you are reading this, you still owe me an apology. I took my 3 carat oval pavè band engagement ring to them 3 weeks before my wedding to have 2 small stones replaced that had fallen out. This ring was originally handmade in Beverly Hills by a jeweler I have known for over 10 years. My ring is GIA certified, I have all the paperwork for the insurance etc. When we picked out my ring in Beverly Hills, I was literally standing next to a Laker’s player. I say this, because I don’t think the jeweler would do anything to risk his reputation

Great staff and service. I started with the engagement ring and we just picked out our wedding bands. They have a good selection with options for different budgets.
What made the team stand out most to me was the little things they were able to do to ensure faster shipping and avoiding passing along unnecessary up-charges from the manufacturers.
The jeweler is actually onsite which means fast turnaround and you can feel confident that he’ll get clear instructions.

I've taken multiple rings to Marlen to be resized and they have done an absolutely fabulous job with all of them! I have worked with Lauren and she's amazing! Most recently, I took my engagement ring to be resized and to adjust the shape of the band and they did a phenomenal job, it's exactly what I wanted and I could have cried when they showed it to me it was so perfect! They're definitely my go-to jeweler!

Super Quality Jeweler - I took my grandfather's men's gold ring to them to be repaired. The ring has been in the family for 3 generations and had incredible sentimental value. Marlen repaired the broken band and cleaned the stones and when they were done, it looked as shiny and perfect as the day it was created over 100 years ago. Truly wonderful craftsmen!

We had a phenomenal experience here today. We brought in about eight rings to be cleaned (that belonged to my late mother in law). The three women there greeted us like we were their most valuable customers, and were so kind and attentive. Even thought it was a number of items and they were quite dirty, they called us to come pick them up only an hour later. And.... there was no charge! I couldn't believe the level of attention we got for a free service. If I needed to recommend a local jewelry shop to anyone it would hands down be this place. The rings look amazing, and both times we left

The day my friends got married, I had to bring a watch in for the groom to have a link removed because it was too big. I called ahead, arrived right on time, and everyone was SO nice and helpful. They got me in and out so I could get back before the ceremony started. I highly recommend if you want friendly service and a business who cares about their customers!

AMAZING — I just got my ring re-sized and there were some complications because it had to be brought down two sizes. They handled it perfectly. Fancy jewelry stores make me nervous. They shouldn't, since I worked at a jewelry store through college, but Marlen was fantastic! I took my antique engagement ring to be sized and appraised. The gentleman there was very kind and thorough, and did not look askance at my terrible gym clothes outfit. The quoted price for service was much less than I had anticipated, with a three-day turnaround; and my ring came back fitting perfectly and even more sparkly than before! The clerk who gave me my ring back took the time to walk me through the fine points of the insurance appraisal.

Fantastic experience. I took a ring in to be sized. I was instantly greeted by 3 people so I chose the one with the nicest smile...He asked what I was in for and I told him. He promptly looked at the ring under a loupe, photographed it, and told me it was slightly chipped. Then he tested it with a hi-tech gizmo to make sure it is a real diamond. He took all my information and said they have a guy on-site who does their repair work. He gave me a time estimate of a week and estimated the cost to be around $62. He handed me a ticket with a mini color picture of the ring I was dropping off,

I first fell in love with this place several years ago when my husband and I walked in as 25 year old kids looking for wedding rings. When other stores gave us the cold shoulder and saw as as two young people who couldn't buy much, Marlen welcomed us in and treated us like old friends. Their staff is approachable and knowledgeable and have always treated us like people rather than evaluating our potential buying power. Many years later we still go back, and when I walk in and am greeted by their friendly staff, and hear classic rock playing over the speaker, I know I am in the right place
