The clear-top tent is a unique trend in event rentals and will be a spectacular addition to your party. Our century tents will blow your guests away. With their high, elegant peaks and dramatic curves, century tents meet the toughest standards for stability and safety and offer superior resistance to the elements. These graceful tents are perfect for medium to large groups and are available in an array of sizes.
The six-sided hexagon tent gives a distinctive impression. It's ideal for small to medium-sized groups wanting an intimate setting. The hexagon can also be utilized as an accessory tent to house the food and beverage portion of the event, the entertainment for the event, or any creative elements that you would like to implement.
Round tables are the most popular choice for guest seating since each guest is able to see all of the other guests. We have three sizes available: 3' seats 4-6, 4' seats 6-8 or 5' seats 8-10. All round tables measure 30 high. The smaller round tables are ideal for cake tables, sign-in tables, gift tables, or food stations, as well.

I worked with Hali at Kauai Tent to book my wedding tent and rentals. She was fabulous - so responsive, quick to get back to me, and answered my many questions. I really appreciated working with Hali and her team from start to finish. I was very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of our HUGE wedding tent, the table rentals, dance floor, outhouses, etc. Our guests were blown away at the size of our tent - it was stunning! It goes without saying these guys do a great job! From planning, to set up and strike, it was great working with Kauai Tent.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kauai Tent and Party Rental! Every detail was so incredibly handled. We had a hiccup with our location permit that could have been a major issue and Hali was able to smooth things over in a heartbeat! (It wasn't even their mistake and they fixed it!!!)
We had questions after hours on a Friday and we got a quick call back!!!
The team that set up our event were so pleasant and so cohesive.

We got married at a private residence in Kauai in May 2016. Kauai Tent provided our tent (with lighting), dance floor, tables, chairs, and benches. From the very first inquiry to the when they picked up the items after the wedding, it was an easy and smooth experience working with them. They helped me determine the size of tent, which was perfect, and they provided a sample table arrangement that really helped us lay out our reception area. They were flexible and accommodating with some last minute changes to my order (we had more people come than we expected!) and they were punctual and professional

Kauai Tent really made my wedding feel elegant and special! Jackie was wonderful and very patient with me as i switched around my order several times. Everything was set up fast & efficiently! I was also upgraded to the chivari chairs, which were awesome! I can't thank Jackie & Kauai Tent enough for making my wedding look elegant and not causing me any extra stress on my wedding day! Definitely recommend them to any looking for party rentals : )
