Most loan officers spend their time finding clients but the actual process gets put in the hands of a processor or even several processors.

When I handle someone's mortgage loan I'm the loan officer and processor. I'm the one that cares and I handle every part of the transaction from the first introduction to the day the loan closes. Timing is everything in this process and making sure everything gets done when it's supposed to is key.

We recently refinanced our house with Josh. He got us an incredible rate that was lower than we expected, then surprised us a few days later after figuring out a way to get it even lower, with less closing costs. He was so much easier to work with than a bank (which I've always used in the past). I recommend Josh to all of my friends, and will definitely go back to him for our next mortgage.
