Nothing short of supreme tranquility and rustic elegance! So much space and so many different spaces. It was perfectly suited for our large gathering of friends. Lawn and games for the lawn gamers, front AND back porches with rocking chairs for the rockers, a big beautiful kitchen for the chefs and a lovely fire pit for everyone to sit around. Already looking forward to the next time to get out there to get away from it all!

We had our wedding at Moriah on 10.26 and talk about the perfect venue for a weekend of fun and love in the hill country! From early on communication with the owners, to a second scoping visit of the facilities, to tiny details on the weeks leading up to the wedding Moriah was a perfect place to host a party. The on site accommodation made it so easy for our guests to hang out and spend more time with us throughout the weekend. The venue is gorgeously placed on the water and has plenty of room both inside and outside for people to sit, run and play and have a wonderful time. This place is truly

This location and the owners of this beautiful property made my wedding the absolute best day of my life. Words cannot describe the experience that my husband, friends, family and myself had during our stay. I learned since the first visit to Moriah that this place grows roots in you as strong as that 1800’s barn, and I will treasure this property for the rest of my days. It is my hope that one day I will be able to plan future family vacations so that I may bring my children and children’s children to experience the same magic that I did. I dang near told my new husband he could go

This place is amazing. Every corner feels cared for and loved. I love the rustic feel of the cabins and the comfortable appointments of the linens and beds. I've stayed here with a large group twice a year for 10 years and the magic of the space is part of the lure. It has 2 cabins with porches in addition to the main two porches, plenty of rocking chairs and seating for all of us to stay awhile. The kitchen is made for large groups with 2 'fridges and 2 dishwashers. So grateful for the space, the host & the housekeeper(s) who keep the place going so we can enjoy our retreat year after year.

This is a magical place! Tucked into the beautiful hill country, this lake house has it all: rustic chic decor, a huge main building perfect for meals and gatherings, and adorable cabins to stay in. My favorite part of our stay was drinking coffee in the rocking chairs on the back porch and looking out onto sparkling water of Lake Travis!

Such an amazing place! My wife and I spent the weekend out there with both of our parents and had such an enjoyable time! The area feel secluded, but it's only 15-ish minutes from restaurants in Marble Falls if you want to run into town. We swam, played ping pong, washers, cooked food, and enjoyed starry nights by the fire. Amazing!

Moriah is perfect! Lots of comfortable beds and stylish cabins. An amazing barn with a giant common area with room for events, dinner, games, dancing, & relaxing. Great porches to watch the sunset and a fire pit for after dark. We loved our stay at Moriah because it's perfect for big groups of family and friends.

Our Association gathered at Moriah for an opening reception to our summer meeting. Even though the weather was warm, the barn, porches and lakeside environment provided breezes and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Moriah was the perfect place for our group, which included children and elderly folks. The barn was cozy, inviting, welcoming and proved accessible for the caterers to set up without a hitch. We had live music in the barn and the acoustics were fantastic. There were plenty of seating options indoors and out, and the ambience on the property encouraged our guests to unwind, relax

I love Moriah. I've been lucky to have 2 events here. The rustic charm is abundant. The owners really captured the local feel of the area in this upscale space. The big barn has several "living areas" an amazing kitchen and enough tables and chairs to seat you and ALL of your friends and family for meals.
One of the gatherings I hosted had 32 people. We rented the next door property(also amazing), which has a walkway joining it to Moriah, we had plenty of room for group activities but also enough space to spread out and get some quiet time(which this part of Lake Travis is great for). The other
