over priced for a basic set. $65, was a bit confused why a basic set was the same price for a ombré full set. highway robbery… won’t ever return. trying to hustle you for your money. wouldn’t get any services from here ever again. Nails extra bulky. she told me my nails were long and they are very much short/medium.

This business has false advertising, BEWARE! The prices on their website are NOT correct! I got a full set acrylic French tip. No gel. Which should have cost $35 according to their website. When she gave me the ticket to pay, she wrote $50. I explained to her that the website for NOA nails spa said it would be $30 for acrylic and $5 for French tip. She said that the website is wrong and showed me a piece of paper that she pulled from under the counter with completely different prices. BEWARE of their prices! I went in for SNS and was charged $48.00 and then $5.00 for one tip for a mediocre job. They didn't even speak good English so I couldn't communicate with them. There are plenty of other places in the area that charge $40.00. I'll be going back to those places. Don't waste your time.

Halfway through the procedure the nail tech (Tony) swapped out with his lovely wife Ukay, to do my nails. It was an okay job, but not great. No refreshments were offered, no hot towel or even a hand massage. There was nothing to justify the pricing. I got SNS powder and nail tips. The prices aren't posted anywhere, but it costs $55.00.

I’ve been a few times and these are my observations:
Atmosphere: They’re not the most friendly/welcoming overall. But they also seem to be friendlier to patrons of a certain complexion (not mine).
The first few times I came I got a pedi & fill. I don’t like that they do both at the same time when there is enough staff to accommodate the services separately. I can’t enjoy my pedicure when I have to constantly position myself to accommodate the person doing my fill. So I stopped getting a Pedi for that reason the last few times I went.
Cost: In comparison to the service/quality/competition

I wish I would of checked the reviews first lol! Everytime I would go grocery shopping they always seemed empty but now I know why. It was a Friday afternoon so I knew all the other salons would be busy so I tried this one. The receptionist was nice and it’s clean in there but not only are the prices too high. The nail tech gave me a service that I didn’t ask for and they still wanted me to pay. Said that they would call the police if I didn’t pay the extra $5 service fee. This is the worst salon ever. I’ve never reviewed a business but feel I must review this one. The staff never engaged me other than the receptionist informing me complete a form as a part of a new process to follow, but required NO ONE ELSE to complete. The chairs are worn down but the prices don’t reflect it. Additionally, one of the owners came over to read the form to me after I completed it - the form required me to circle the services I planned to receive ( Yes or No questions) - this did not really require any additional questions. The manicure is so bad, I’ll need someone else to correct

I have been a customer for almost 2 yrs, I actually love they service but on 3 different occasions I have had a complaint and on the 3rd complaint I was told not to return. I’ve been going here 4 years. Used to love it but they have gone downhill. You can usually get in quick with no wait time which I appreciate. Due to being quick, they also rush and are very rough. Today, I bled twice two different areas during my pedicure. I was sweating bc it was so uncomfortable instead of enjoyable. I have started getting ingrown toenails for the first time in my life which I have read can be because of the way they cut toenails during pedicure. I do not doubt this. Very disappointed because like I said I used to love this place.

My daughter and I went on a Saturday before a vacation. We both had basic pedicures and manicures ($40 each). I did get French tips and gel on my hands (+20). My daughter just got a regular polish on her hands - no paint on her toes. We were charged $146 (not including tip - that was cash). The very next day her polish started to peel on her tiny nails and it was apparent the polish would not last for vacation. We went back to get gel on her nails so they would last. They made us wait for over 40 minutes, then after simply removing the regular polish and doing a gel on her tiny nails they wanted

I was a walk in for a pedicure. I asked if there was a wait and was told "no". The receptionist filled a basin with water and I began to soak my feet. After 15 minutes with no service I took my feet out of the now cold water and signaled for the receptionist to come over. I read a couple google reviews that mentioned racism and I do believe I experienced it today. I walked in and the manager Jenny looked right at me and didn't say a word. I had to walk to the desk and speak to the assistant about what I was there for. As I sat down and waited, a lady and her daughter walked in (non black) and Jenny greeted them just like she greets everyone. This is the worst nail salon experience I have ever had! I wanted an awesome day, so I had a girls day with two of my favorite people , my 8 year old granddaughter and her 12 year old relative. My nail tech was rude and very rough during my pedicure to the point that I said I was uncomfortable. She then proceeded to start my manicure and literally snatched the SNS nail off....along with my nail and skin. For 2 girls and my SNS takeoff (with the discomfort and all), the paid $170. And the owner was so awful. Stay away and buyer beware. And this injury...wow.

This is my second time visiting this place. My first wasn't pleasant and the second time could use some fine tuning. I always feel rushed when I come here. For example the first time I got a deluxe pedicure and it honestly felt like a standard. Both with quality and with time. For my second visit I got the standard and it was no different from the deluxe. It allows annoys me when comments are made in another language during a service and giggles are had. Came here for a pedicure and was disappointed. I did get a basic pedicure, however, the employee, a gentleman, did not massage my feet at all. He literally just rubbed them He also barely even scrubbed my feet... he LIGHTLY scrubbed them for a few seconds but that's it. I usually always get basic pedicures at any salon and they have never been this poorly done.
I'm happy with the polish. My regular manicure was better. The woman who did my manicure was very sweet. My friends manicure/color turned out wonderful!

I was greeted immediately upon walking in and was seated promptly. I was given one of the most relaxing pedicures ever! The massage chair was amazing. My polish is flawless and my feet are feeling the love. I will be back.

Just moved to the area and I decided to come here to try out the SNS. I have to say I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I only gave them two stars for the color selection and decor in the establishment.
First and foremost customer service is key; I wasn't offered any type of beverage like other customers or light conversation regarding the service. It was as if I was bothering the tech regarding my questions on color and technical knowledge.
Secondly, the male nail tech was pretty rough. He drilled my skin more than the nail, broke one of my natural nails all the way off, and was very sloppy

NOA Nail Spa is a new all service nail salon in the Concord area. It's only been open for three months and they are running a $20 pedicure special!
I decided to check out their special and see if it's worth it and my-oh-my it was worth every dollar! Now my nail technician was Chia and sh was awesome! She was thorough and she took her time! I had a relaxing pedicure that left me looking forward to my next on!
They have an array of polish colors to choose from (FYI the silver top bottles are gel which last a little longer and will cost $3 more)!
