My wife made an appointment online for multiple services. She received a notification that her appointment time was 11:15. She arrived early but on the way in she received another notification that she was a no show and we were charged for receiving no service. We both tried to speak to the manager and show evidence that we only received the one notification for an appointment at 11:15. The manager refused to talk about it and insisted that we were lying and received different messages. Currently disputing the charges as fraudulent with my bank.

Jennetta did a beautiful job on my acrylic fill in with a gel color French tip ombré. I walked right in and sat down right at my appointment time and that almost never happens in any of my experience. She was very professional & took her time being checking with me to be sure I was pleased with the service provided along the way. I will definitely be back!

This was my third visit to Pinkies on Main after trying a few other nail salons in the Mooresville area.
Pinkies on Main is my favorite! I love making my appointments online. My nails come out perfect and last well over 2 weeks for a gel manicure. My daughter is 8 and gets the mani/pedi combo. Great job by Jennetta on my daughters nails and Jill on my nails!

I was pleased with the way my nails looked when I left the salon. However, the next day, big chunks of polish just feel off two of my nails. When I looked closely at all the other ones, the polish was coming off the ends of all of them. I called and was given time to get them redone and sat and waited for 25 minutes. I finally left after showing the girl my nails. For the money I paid, I expected my nails to last longer than one day. I won’t be back.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter and I went in to get our nails done, I had never been here and saw they actually had "kid prices" so I thought that was cool and wanted to check it out. My daughter got regular polish, I got gel. The lady who did my nails was extremely nice and fun to talk to. I was unimpressed with my nails- I picked a light color but you could still see the actual color of my nail on almost every one so I surely thought she would've done a third coat. I didn't say anything so that's my fault but I was just ready to go. Within 24 hours the polish on five out

If you are an existing customer they seemed to be awesome. But I was a new customer - I have tried a couple times to make appts -but they could never get me in when I needed. No problem I am kind of a last minute person when it comes to my nails. I planned ahead - made an appt and I wasn't on the books - I had to come back - I made an appt for 10 am but I couldn't get in until 3pm - so I rescheduled appt for 3pm for my nails and 4pm for my brows - I was excited and looking forward to coming back. I came back and 3 - it was about 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me - no biggie everyone

Even though it has been a while since I last visited, this new salon in downtown Mooresville is not only convenient but the staff go far beyond the norm to take care of you. Everyone there is professional, polite and willing to make your experience a good one. It's now time for my feet to be done, and I will be making an appointment to come back.

I absolutely enjoyed meeting Jill and she was great but once I left and looked at my nails, I was so disappointed. The polish was sloppy around my nail bed and the shape of a few nails were crazy looking as well as 3-4 nails on the other hand being noticeably longer than the other hand. I was so excited to visit them and was hoping to find a new nail tech. The picture I showed her...4th pic down didn’t look like the nails I walked out with (minus the different color).
