I just started a new job and desperately needed to see someone about a painful shoulder but couldn't really take time off during work hours , so I was lucky to find this facility and was able to get a Saturday appointment for the following weekend. The staff were kind and professional. They were able to take an x-ray and give me some medication which is already helping. Script was ready for pickup by the time I got home.

This is a totally professional group. I've had multiple visits and they are always very friendly and efficient, took time to understand my problem, discussed the cause, answered questions, went over treatment options... just a good experience. Their diagnoses have been accurate and the treatments have been effective. Immediate Care offices are not someplace I particularly want to visit. But when I've found myself in need of an orthopedic specialist (twice in the past year, when I couldn't quickly get in to my primary care practice), OIC worked out very well.

Horrible experience. They did not do proper x rays and did not diagnose a fracture in the spine. said everything looks good and its only a muscle pull and prescribed PT. Only after we went to another doc and took proper x rays, we learned of the fracture. we lost so much time trusting them and not doing the right therapy to start healing the fracture. horrible

Dr. Davis was outstanding. My son dislocated his toe during a basketball game nearby. They took an X-ray, Dr. Davis numbed him and put his toe back in place all in less than an hour. My son’s pain went from a 10 to a 5 instantly. Thank you Dr. Davis & team for treating my son with such great care on a Saturday!

Truly well run practice. I recieved a prompt and accurate diagnosis of my shoulder pain. I found this practice via web search after being referred to an Orthopedic dr that couldnt see me for 10 days. I took a chance based on reviews and I want others to know this is the real deal. What a great concept to have a specialty urgent care. Highly recommended.

This place is great!! I came here for a very painful trigger thumb and the wonderful PA Kimberly really took care of me.
She took her time examining me and asking questions before giving me a steroid shot right in the ole thumb joint!
(She did spray some icy stuff on it first!)
Feels better already 😊
The staff here are kind and professional and the place is run with efficiency. Front desk gals were super sweet and helpful.
Arlington is lucky to have this unique medical service available. 👍

After researching, I booked an appointment at this clinic for back pain. I read reviews and their website both of which indicated that they could help with back pain. I clearly marked the reason for my visit when booking the appointment, when filling out paperwork, and again when I checked in. After waiting 40 minutes, the PA K. Rienecke walked in. She seemed annoyed from the minute she walked in and acted like I was wasting her time. She asked why I was there as I explained she did not seem interested in what I was saying.
