I am only giving them 1 star because I can't give zero. 6 years ago we moved our shop to a new building. We contacted Don Parker since we have bought lifts from them in the past and had them move one lift and also purchased a new one. We have had problems with the new lift from day one with absolutely no help from don parker. Today a hose began leaking because it was installed incorrectly and too long. This is a problem that we brought to there attention during the original install and was told "that's how its supposed to be". So now we have a customer's car stuck on the lift and the person I spoke
