Critical: Value
They charged $169 to service a vintage Bernina sewing machine, and I can't tell any difference in how the machine runs. I'd love to know how much time they actually spent on this service. I would not recommend Nuttall's to anyone I like.

Nutral’s is the best. Especially Linda! She helped me with project ‘threading an older surging machine’ for my 95 year old grandma. My grandmother is so happy.

Nuttall's is one of the last independent fabric stores. They have a nice selection of quilt fabrics. They have a small, but good quality, selection of fashion fabrics. They have the best selection of buttons, trims and lace in the area.

They were great, I have had my machine for about 6 months now, and the only issue I ever had with it, was user error. They helped me find the machine I need, and talked me through several different options. She showed me some that were below my price range even. It really feels like they care more about getting you what you need, than making money. Highly recommend this place, and the Brother NS80e 👏

I found Nuttall’s by driving by right after they opened at this location. I was in the market for a better machine, and since they are an authorized Baby Lock dealership I had to check them out. Linda is awesome and recommend the perfect machine for me, and I have been really happy with my purchase. The quilting class I took was also really great and immediately saw an improvement in my skills. I can’t wait to take more classes.

Really great specialty sewing shop. Not a craft store with unrelated items; this place is all about sewing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the selection of goods is top notch. I'll never go back to a big box store for my sewing needs ever again.

This store sells “fat quarters” for quilters but will NOT cut them for you! You are limited to what they have on hand. After painstakingly picking out fabric for a quilt and asking the worker to cut fat quarters for me, she cut 1/2 yard pieces. When I realized the total price was too high I reminded her I only needed fat quarters. She admitted she didn’t know what that was? Another employee came over and said, “Oh, we don’t cut those!” Frustrated I asked what they were now going to do with those 1/2 yard pieces. She pinned them back onto the bolt! Seriously! How about admitting the

Nice store, good selection of fabric. Not very many machines to buy though. Had a hard time finding a light bulb for my machine since it wasn't very noticeable on their small section of wall. As for the staff, not friendly. Seemed to be in a rush, not nice about asking questions, didn't care to help a gentleman that asked about buy a used machine, and not friendly when we asked if we could return the bulb if wrong. There is nothing wrong with being nice, helpful, and friendly to those coming in even if it's the end of the day.

Great fabric and sewing store. The store is large and has a great selection of fabric and notions. They also repair sewing machines and offer classes. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking. Located in a strip mall with easy access from the main street.

My wife came into your store twice. First she purchased a special foot for quilting. The experience was ok. Came back the following week with a question. Not only was she treated very bad. The employee felt the need to turn to her coworkers and mock my wife for having a question. You are a specialty shop who should be experts. You should be encouraging questions from your customer base. This how you justify having higher prices. Due to this experience we'll never visit your shop again. We'll also be telling any of our friends to look for better options.
