Elizabeth Tailored

I started sewing my own clothes when I was 12 years old on my Grandma Elizabeth's sewing machine, and have been sewing ever since. I took sewing, tailoring and pattern making classes while in High School. As a mother of six, I sewed lots of clothes and costumes for my children (many of which were made from the countless yards of fabric given to me by my expert seamstress mother-in-law Louise Larsen, who lived next door).

I have reupholstered couches, arm chairs and ottomans, made curtains and draperies, and sewn other home decor items. I've sewn and altered prom and evening gowns, and have even done some costuming for a community theatre. I recently started selling baby and toddler bibs that I make on Etsy.
