Shoesters is a family-owned-and-operated shoe store that specializes in health and wellness. Ever since owner Lance De St. Croix discovered how Birkenstock arch support saved his sore marathon-running feet, he was convinced he should try to help others in the same way Birkenstocks helped him. It is amazing what a difference happy feet makes!
Shoesters knows that it is only as good as the people on its team and we are always looking for good people. If you have a passion for shoes and how they can impact your health and wellness, then Shoesters could be the career path you should pursue. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
First, a Sales Team Associate at Shoesters is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment for customers, greeting visitors when they enter the store. Next, it is essential to ask probing questions and listen attentively to customers' needs. Then, diagnose those needs and offer suggestions on how to satisfy them.
A Store Manager must first be able to successfully complete all duties of a full-time sales associate. On top of that, the store manager is also responsible for keeping and accurate inventory, receiving stock, maintaining store displays, dealing with customers and vendors regarding defective merchandise returns, and facilitating in all aspects of running the store smoothly.

I had the best experience today! I visited the website after learning on the Birkenstock website that Shoesters sells Birks! I emailed asking about an exact pair for Curbside pick-up. Once it was confirmed that they had the pair I was looking for both in MPLS and STP, they recommended I call the store closest to me.
When I called, Matthew answered me in the most professional and friendly way possible. I was able to pay over the phone and he said all I had to do was call when I got there. Naturally, I needed new cork sealer and forgot, so I called right back and Matthew was in no way bothered

Spoke with Angie over the phone. She was extremely helpful. So I actually closed up my business in Buckroe Beach and drove out there. In horrible rain just to get a new pair. The other lady who attended to me was very helpful. Customer service was excellent. The selection was awesome. Many berkinstocks that I haven't seen. Though I'm gonna stick to my classic Boston clogs.
