Charles did such an amazing job for our family, personally handling every step of the way and communicating throughout to guide us through the process. Can’t recommend enough how nice it was to have these folks do all the work they did in coordinating the planning, church preferences and day and time, and finally with the cemetery.
I just can’t even imagine how hard it would be to do all of this ourselves especially at possibly the worst time. A+ all around, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Words just aren't enought to thank everyone who helped with pre-planning and at time of mom's passing. She moved to Myrtle Beach with the understanding that she would go back home to Virginia when she passed away and everyone at McMillan-Small made that happen in the kindest, most compassionate and professional way, including a small graveside belssing/committal. They truly care about keeping your stress level down during difficult times.

As a huge animal lover, I often adopt aged dogs & cats that nobody else wants, knowing full well they only have a few years left on this earth. When they pass, I always take their bodies to McMillan-Small for cremation because I know for a fact that the kind people at McMillan-Small will treat my babies' bodies with respect and will cremate them individually. I can't say enough good things about these caring, compassionate, understanding people. God bless them for helping the bereaved, including moms of dogs & cats, during difficult times.

As we were going through the worst point in our lives, everyone at McMillan Small were so amazing. They took care of everything and made everything turn out wonderful for our loved one. For something like this that nobody wants to have to even think about, I would definitely go with them to make this terrible thing be a bit less stressful.
