The facility is fantastic, Susan is very concerned about my overall wellness and my JOURNEY. My Pilates instructor Franchesca is the best teacher ever. She can adjust and pivot when something is bothering me. She's very patient and she explains well for someone like me new to Pilates.
I can already tell that Pilates is making a difference in my chronic back pain. In only one month I noticed a difference. I can do more and my range of motion is greater. My pain isn't completely gone, but I'm getting better and stronger. I can do things that I couldn't do before. I used to sleep with a heating pad

This truly is a healing center and that's a gift Susan has been given in life. Five years ago, I had chronic sciatica. I couldn't drive and it was difficult to walk; doctors told me surgery was elective so I searched online in Pilates forums for recommendations. Susan responded within 45 minutes.
I was on a cane and someone had to drive me to the studio, but I came once a week and then eventually increased to two days a week of Pilates, yoga and massage therapy. After about 9 months I was able to drive myself and I've been back ever since.

Two of my sisters recommended the studio to me. Since coming here I can do more things like exercising, stretching more, and housework isn't as difficult as before. I used to be pretty limited in my motion and now not as much. I've been taking Yogilates and love Susan - she explains things so well. She's very understanding and her presence just makes me feel good and relaxed. Highly recommend this place!

Because of Pilates Plus, I'm moving on a path to take better care of myself. I love the atmosphere here - we're all family, from the friendly staff to the other clients. It starts from the top - Susan (owner) sets the tone and that tone is carried out through everyone you encounter. Susan has introduced me to a more holistic way of life to manage my various health conditions. Before the focus was to lose weight - now it's to be healthy overall and know how to take care of myself holistically. For that I'm grateful.
