A. If you suffer from respiratory allergies, you are not alone. Nearly 50 million other Americans have them too. In fact, allergies are the fifth leading chronic, or long-term, disease in the United States and the third most common chronic disease among children under 18 years old. Allergic reactions are caused by an over-reactive immune system.

I have been coming here with my daughter 7 years ago and now with my son who was born in March. I absolutely love this office. All of The doctors are great ( I do mostly see Dr. O’Shea , Dr. Star and Keelan, PA ) and I love them all. I can’t forget about the MAs who are always sooo helpful with myself and the kids. ( Patty is one of the MAs whos been there awhile now and has watched my kids grow. She is just the kindest and most warm-hearted woman I’ve ever met) whenever I leave an appt I always feel like my questions and concerns are taken into consideration and answered. I feel confident

This practice has been in business since I can remember. Scratch that…. my kids have the same pediatrician that I had when I was born. Coming from a health care professional myself, front desk doesn’t dictate your care so disregard the complaining about front desk on this review page. I get it it can be annoying but get over it and ask to speak to the professionals. My children have recieved nothing but great care from Dr Monti, Dr Shea and Dr Jha as well and the PA Kaitlin. Sorry can’t speak for anyone else that we have not seen. They are always accommodating and I never have a problem seeing

I’m seeing an overall trend about negativity and disrespect from staff at the front desk. It’s shocking to me that this hasn’t been addressed and continues to be an issue at the practice. As an expectant mother I was told that there are physicians here who would meet the needs and care for my family, but I will not be seeking care here any more. As a pediatric facility, this is shameful.

I went in for a referral to PT due to the fact that someone had been dropped on my head crowd surfing. Instead the lady (always a different doctor never the same one which is horrible) she was blonde. Ignored the reason I was there and demanded she had access to my mental health records. Her job was to take care of illness and injury. I have a therapist and a psychiatrist for my mental health aspect. Then got mad when I refused to sign a document to share my mental health with her. Never got that referral. And then you guys wondered why I never showed up to my appointments. You guys need to have

If i could give this office a zero I would. I tried calling during my 3rd trimester to set up an appt. for my soon to be newborn and was told to call back after baby was born, I did just that. The person who I spoke with asked where the baby was born and I informed her I had a home birth. I understand it is something not common but also not something unheard of. I would also like to add that my home birth was assisted by two midwives. I had all the same prenatal care I would have received seeing a midwife at a clinic. With that said she FREAKED out. She said we are pro vaccination. I said okay

Great doctors, but the front desk staff are horrible. They are rude and unprofessional. I know that there are certain things that they are required to ask for every time but its the way they ask for it or demand it. like what if its an emergency and I don't have the insurance cards on me? but I have a picture on my phone of the most current ones!? plus it is already scanned in the system? the lady said that the doctors require that all the time. seriously considering never going there again.
