Kathy's incredibly nice, but don't go here if you are uninsured. You'll receive plenty of surprise charges in the mail. I informed the staff that I was uninsured, and was charged $75 for the appointment, which is fine. But then I received a notice in the mail that I owed an additional $55 dollars for that appointment, as that type of appointment ACTUALLY costs $130. Why wasn't I charged that when I was in the building?
Also, for those with mental health issues, DON'T fill out a PHQ-9 form if you are uninsured. The simple act of filling in numbers and / or bubbles will result in a $30 charge to

I've been treated and been going to A to Z Primary Care for about 5-6 years now. They take special care into my health, mental health, and concerns about everything regarding the following. The staff has been very helpful in scheduling appointments, getting back to me, and also sending messages via Patient Portal when you want confidentiality(which is always). HIGHLY RECOMMEND A to Z Primary Care! -CMA

In 2017, after seven years as a patient of a large practice, I sought a primary care provider who wouldn't treat me as a stranger during my annual visit and would take care to keep track of my medical files. After a bit of searching, I found Kathy Parker. She has been my primary care provider ever since. I could not be more thankful for the care she has provided to me. She is incredibly kind and compassionate.

I called a few days ago to try and make a first time appointment.l was told I'd be called that same day. Days pass, so I call them back to inquire. When I call again a new person answers the phone and is skeptical of what I tell her: that I called previously and haven't heard back, and that i'd like to make a first time appointment. This person proceeds to ask me "if I know anyone who works here or are you a family member"- alluding to having a connection to this location will get you a faster appointment. I am disgusted by this conversation. This person then proceeds

Kathy is such a wonderful woman. I haven't been to a primary care doctor in at least 10+ years, but when something came up and I needed to get something checked out, she was very quick to help me. Also, being with no insurance, she was very helpful with payment options as a self pay patient. She listened to all of my concerns and even helped with another issue that I had that I hadn't planned on getting taken care of as well. When I needed to get referred for an ultrasound to one of the local radiology offices, her staff went above and beyond calling around to see which one would work

I am a chiropractor in the area. I have had several mutual patients with Kathy Parker and they have all raved about her. I am always trying to find the best health care providers in the area so that I can refer my patients when needed. As a result of hearing such praise, I referred several of my patients to her who needed a primary care doctor. All of them have thanked me for referring them to her and couldn't say enough about her caring attitude and professionalism.
