Brought car in several times. Great service. Mechanic even came out to car to explain what happened and how to prevent it in the future. The team is always informative, keeping you updated on the progress and anything they find along the way. You are never surprised at check out and you leave feeling confident what you brought your car in for us fixed.

Customers Beware of Price Quote Changes! I've been a customer of On-Site Automotive since Adam Edwards started as a mobile car repair business (10+ years). Adam has always been professional, courteous and extremely proud of the quality of his work and work ethics. Hence it pains me to write this review but Adam did not honor his word on repair costs. Also I had to keep calling to verify the status of my vehicle because there was no communication from Alayna, his new intake admin.
In summary, I came to pick up my vehicle and Alayna tells me a higher price than the price Adam quoted. Next, she leaves

I’m visiting town on a business trip when my truck breaks down at the hotel. Alayna took care of everything from getting my vehicle towed to the shop, getting me a quick, detailed, accurate breakdown of all the parts and labor needed. Justin the technician took good care of everything I needed to get back on the road. On -site automotive did an amazing job and was very caring and considerate of my circumstances to get me back home quickly and safely. If I ever break down in Raleigh I’ll definitely come back LOL!!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!

This place is awesome. Alayna has been nothing but vibrant and helpful. I called to get a quote on my brakes and rotors. Although they were busy she told me to come in and they'll take care of me. As stated I was assisted immediately. Everyone there was nice and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Best car service I have experienced in the area.had different work done in different cars, and the results are always so satisfying. This business is run very efficiently, with a trained and dependable, and long term staff, technical and mechanical knowledge is always up to date, prices are right, all work is guaranteed, and the hospitality very warm. My cars love that place!!

I don’t usually leave google ratings but this shop is very professionally run. Adam did a knock out job with the work I brought my car in for. Not only did he do this work but he brought to my attention I had a side light out and was about to expire on my inspection. His pricing is incredibly fair and honest. He’s gained a long term customer with me. I’ll be taking my vehicles back to him moving forward.

From the moment I pulled on the gas pump front door handle until I got back in my car everything said pride of ownership. I’ve never seen a cleaner bathroom in a service center. Great customer service at the counter and the owner was very friendly. I failed to get names of anyone but that’s going to change. I’m bringing all my business to you in the future.

Brought my 14 year old Volvo S40 in with the check engine light on. I'd already read on several forums that sometimes they were extremely difficult and expensive to get resolved. On-Site not only resolved the check engine light, but has the car running better than it has in years. But, that's not the reason I'm writing this review or remaining a client of On-Site. The reasons have to do with their honesty and enthusiasm about the work they do. It's hard to find places that have either. They have both and are wonderful people to work with. Kudos to Adam, Jessica and their staff.

This business is amazing!! Thought something was really wrong with my transmission so I brought it in. The mechanic was very detailed and honest with me and told me it was not my transmission. Although it was time for my 100,000 mile maintenance, staff was so pleasent and so good to me and my daughter. They let us use the company vehicle knowing we would be without our car for the day and worked non stop on our car to have it back to us by that afternoon! Thank you all so much!!

This is an excellent repair shop with the most honest mechanics I've ever done business with. I had a Ford 1 ton van that I took in there with a diesel engine in it and they dialed in on the problem and we're completely open and honest about what it was, how much it would cost, and what other problems could possibly be associated with what was going on. They took the time to explain it and are very friendly and honest people! If there was more than a 5-star rating I would give it to them!

I've been to On-Site Automotive 2 times now. I was recommended them by some family members, as I was dissatisfied with my current mechanic and in search of a new one. Very glad I went to them. The staff are kind and friendly. Their service is prompt - I've gotten my car back the same day for repairs that, while not catastrophic, were not routine either. My old mechanic would never look at the car the same day I brought it in, let alone repair it. It was usually several days to a week and a couple phone calls in order to get the job done. Not so with On-Site - that speaks to their organization and
