Dr. Allen was born in Anaheim, California but was raised in Holstein, Iowa. He was fortunate to find out what Chiropractic can do at a young age. He attended the University of South Dakota, receiving a Bachelor's of Science Degree with a double major in Psychology and Pre-Chiropractic. During his time there he was a member of the Men's Golf Team.
He furthered his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic degree in 2010. Since then, he has been serving patients in the Greater Des Moines area. Dr. Allen has extensive training in modern acupuncture and many chiropractic and physiotherapy techniques.

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Allen to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Allen to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
After your consultation, Dr. Allen will perform a complete chiropractic examination analyzing your location of pain, including tests to determine motion and function.Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests may be performed as well. For the last couple of years I had been struggling with anxiety, depression and not sleeping very well. I always felt groggy and like something was off but I could never pinpoint it. I just thought I was getting old. I decided to check these guys out to see if they could help with anything. I’ve only been going for a month but I’ve already noticed a huge difference. My sleep has been much better, my energy levels are back to what they were when I was in my 20s. I feel mentally sharper and my response to stress is much better. Turns out my spine was off and things weren’t communicating properly

I was referred here by a very trusted friend and colleague around a month back and it has been nothing but love, care and welcoming faces from the first day and since.
