You have just taken the first steps towards improving your life. By working together, we can develop a collaborative relationship full of warmth and lacking in judgment that you may have faced elsewhere. We will develop an environment of safety and trust to foster your growth and experience of more fulfilling connections.

Whether you are living in physical pain or emotional pain, we will work together to help you sleep better, decrease pain, improve relationships, get "unstuck" and feel happier. One of our greatest goals as clinicians is treating you with the support and care you deserve. We not only want to help you feel better, we want to help you live better and move out of negative patterns of behavior that do not serve you.
Services
We provide therapy for adults and older adults with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and many other health and body issues. We work with our patient's from an integrative perspective, meaning that we use tools from a variety of different psychological schools of thought to treat my patients, depending on your personal needs.
Different types of people come to therapy for a variety of reasons. Issues with career, family, relationships, money, friends, intimacy are only a few. And its incredibly difficult to balance these issues in an unbalanced and seemingly unempathic world. It's important and necessary to take this time for yourself, to feel supported, to feel truly heard by someone who cares, and to make a change in your life, starting today.
Receiving a new medical diagnosis can be a terrifying experience. It takes time to adjust to and learn about your diagnosis and often take a lot of growth along the path of healing. We possess specific skills for helping individuals and caregivers dealing with such issues.

Health Psychology or Behavioral Medicine is the art of providing psychological services for those coping with an acute, chronic, or terminal medical issues and is a field of specialty for us.We also specialize in working with individuals who have faced medical traumas, frightening experiences you may have faced while receiving treatment at your doctor's office or at a hospital.
The fee for an initial interview (60 minutes) is $200 and regular (45-minute) psychotherapy sessions are $200 each. If insurance will be billed for our services, your co-payment will serve as the fee. We accept Medicare & Blue Cross Blue Shield insurances. We may also accept insurance as an out-of-network provider.
