I set up an appointment for 1:00 pm and the owner tried to call me at 10:00 am to verify. When I called him back at 11:00 am, he said he was on another job and then rudely stated “”I don’t need this aggravation “ and decided not to honor the appointment. Very, very unprofessional. Appointment was set for 1:00- show up and do your job. Terrible customer service.

Sprinkler Fixer has done an awesome job repairing my sprinkler leaks. I called him after the 1st day of the Texas freeze and he came out to repair my sprinkler pipes. We had water spraying out because the pipe cracked. A week later (today) I turned my system on to see if there was any additional damage. I found another leak. I called, he came out and fixed a cracked pipe in the backyard. He is very professional and quality work! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you for the awesome service!!!

I found Murray a few years back through my son. Previously I either couldn't get someone to come out or they would not fix the problem correctly. Murray installed a Rachio wifi controller which is great. I am able to more efficiently water my lawn. If I am ever able to get the weather feature working it will be even better. I have had quite a bit of work on my system from repairing, moving, and adding sprinklers. He listens to your suggestions and will tell you why an idea is not workable. His charges are very reasonable.

Murray was right on time. He walked the system, made a couple of adjustments, took care of a malfunctioning rain sensor and provided me with information about our system. He made some recommendations about improving its effectiveness which made perfect sense. Today he was here and did the work a couple of days ago that we discussed. The results were exactly what we anticipated. Pricing is very fair. I will gladly recommend him to friends and neighbors. Thank you.

Called this company 5 times to come and fix the work they did and which I paid $145 for. Murray the owner never returned any of our 5 calls. After their initial repair visit the sprinker system did not work at all. Would never recommend this company anyone who needs Sprinkler repiar done!

Great experience, same day appointment available and Murray showed up on time. Took him about an hour or a little less to fix two leaks in different zones after I broke them the day prior and then helped me re-angle a rotary head that wasn’t high enough. I also learned a few things about how the system and controller works which was great too.

I chose this company first out of three other companies that I found on Yelp. Mind you, I read ALL of the reviews and the consensus was, if you can get him to show up, he does an awesome job. Actually, he showed up for the appointment, that I booked online. Called to let me know he was on his way but a little lost. No biggie! I thought, YAY! if he shows up we should be happy with what we wanted him to do.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Same experience as others, spoke with Murray 3 times and scheduled verbally, on his appointment calendar and through email. Scheduled 3 different appointments and he miserably failed and didn't show up to any of the appointments. Waste peoples time and he doesn't respect others. When I called him about it he acted like he didn't know even though we had multiple conversations within 30 hour period.

I called and spoke with the owner, who told me to book an appointment online, which I did. I received a confirmation email after the booking, but they never showed up for the appointment, and never even called. I emailed them the next day to voice ,y displeasure, and they still never called or emailed back. Horrible.

The good. He came out very fast and was personable. He was here a total of 15 minutes. Replaced a Poppet valve which took approximately 2 minutes. Then ran my 6 zones and made sure everything was working properly which took approximately 8 minutes. TOTAL charges $185.00!! Seriously! Would not recommend.

Couldn't be happier with the experience. Murray and Eric were on time bright and earlier and had my entire system tuned and the broken sprinklers replaced in about an hour. They even took the time to explain a few tips and tricks about the sprinkler heads and why some of zones have lower pressure than others. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've had a sprinkler system for 12 years, and used 4 or 5 different companies for various repairs. This was by far my best experience.
Made an online appointment, Murray and Eric came out and diagnosed the problems. Gave me 2 options with prices. Did the work on the spot for the price quoted. Spent time with me explaining how to avoid problems in the future. Even were thoughtful enough to give me a part from the back flow device that they could tell I had replaced recently.

This morning I had a little bit of a sprinkler emergency. I had no idea how to fix it or what to do. I'm a new homeowner and my husband was out of town and I had to get to work but I couldn't leave the house knowing there was an issue. I started calling sprinkler repair contractors in Houston that I found on Google. I called 4 and no one answered. I finally called Murray at Sprinkler Repair and he must have known I was worried. He called the customer he was on his way to and asked to change the appt. time so he could come and see what was happening at my house. He was here in 15 minutes

Highly recommend business! Not only did they quickly fix my broken sprinkler, they checked ALL heads and regions, rain sensor, showed me where to put a battery in so as not to lose my settings in power outage AND warned me of possible grub damage to my lawn! My experience was excellent! My sprinkler system stopped working. It said "No AC". Tried to debug it and nothing worked. Ordered a new transformer and that didn't work either. So I needed someone to check the controller but probably to provide a new controller. First I tried the installer from 11 years ago but he was weeks behind. Same with others or they wanted more than the controller cost just to look. Went online and found SprinklerFixer and was amazed at the services they offered and that they were on Angie's List. They came the same day which amazed me and I was even able to make the appointment
