Lucio was on time and went right to work. He checked the entire system, fixed the broken ones I had call them for and others that were found. 3 were broken off form the pipe underground and he had to dig to replace them.
He did all of that in an hour, excellent job overall and highly recommended.

Julio was my repair technician. He called prior to arrival to let me know he was in route. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He informed me of all fees up-front and kept me notified of the repairs he was making during the process. He provided a detailed invoice with notes and pictures of the work that was performed. Took him less than 15 minutes to complete. I would highly recommend!

Tommy did a great and quick job to get my sprinkler system back up and running after I tried and failed. He really knows his stuff. Even came early to get job done before it rained that day. Has an elbow come loose. Tommy got it fixed same day.

Company rep works for the company and not the customer. Repair parts are ridiculously overpriced. Work was done in three visits. First two visits work was done well. Third and last cost was not. Worker recommended laying a new system at $1000. I opted out and found a $50 work around that allowed me to finish the $1000 job with $75 in materials and some labor.

Tommy, took great patience explaining my concerns with my existing system with my sprinkler system. Replaced sprinkler heads that were not doing the job. Replaced my control module and rain sensor. He was professional and really knows what he is doing.

This company is great! The communication was EXCELLENT from my inquiry, to the email response and text with my appointment. Then Tommy - was a complete professional, he was very attentive to communicate what was needed, part and labor costs, and quickly found the issue and completed the needed repairs (master valve). We also had him install a new rain sensor and check our the entire systems (he raised and adjusted several heads). Very refreshing custom experience from a company and service technician who actually care about customer service. I would highly recommend. I will be using them if needed
