Let me start off by saying that Jose is the real deal!
He was the first person I contacted about my broken backflow preventer (due to the winter storm) and one of the easiest people I spoke to. After contacting 6 other companies, I decided to choose him. Why? He was honest, straightforward, knowledgable, professional, and very patient in answering my questions.
Besides replacing the backflow preventer, I wanted to get one other thing done and his prices were reasonable in comparison to the companies. So glad I chose him. Will definitely use him again if I ever run into any irrigation issues

We live in SE Houston. I believe we are a bit outside of his target area, Jose will always come and help. Our irrigation system is old and we frequently have a broken head or two. Jose will let me know when he will be in my part of town and fixes our problem. The other day he was here and he noticed the latch on our gate was bent and kindly fixed it for us. I highly recommend Jose Cruz and Wise Lawn Sprinkler!

Jose was terrific. I needed a new controller on my sprinkler system. His price was competitive and he was able to get it installed within the next couple of days. When I realized the rain sensor was also bad, he came back out and fixed that as well, even though I wasn't home to pay him. I appreciated his flexibility to leave an invoice for me to pay the next day.

It is impossible to contact this guy on the phone. I have been phone texting for any communication with him. His reply texts are delayed by as much as 5 days. His availability is poor. His charges are higher than others. His age is a factor and I don't know his quality of work. I went off Yelp reviews but some of them could be from software farms who put reviews but have not used them and use fake names. I am leary of using Yelp. Word of mouth still works for me.

I needed a conduit pipe installed under a sidewalk for AT&T to fish a wire through. My grandpa is a home builder, and told me to find a sprinkler man since they bore under sidewalks all the time. I am very happy I found Wise Lawn Sprinkler. Jose came out 30 minutes after we talked on the phone, and did a great job. He was very friendly and professional. He even pointed out my dryer vent door was open and to close it so birds don't get in. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Mr. Cruz is a very personable, professional, and courteous. Our sprinkler system is old and as installed by the previous owner. He updated our system with better valves and improved the systems performance. We are very happy with the service provided & will us Wise Lawn for any future sprinkler service.

Mr Cruz has been repairing our sprinkler system for years and I highly recommend him for any sprinkler or irrigation issues. His experience and knowledge allows him to fix the issue, even if it ends up being a small job, versus cutting pipes and replacing everything. He was here this morning to replace a leaking valve and made a tough job look easy.
