I would highly recommend Compassionate Funeral Care. After caring for my mother for ten years, Rolland and Rebecca made the difficult "next step", so very easy on us, in every way imaginable. They were knowledgeable, caring, professional and at the same time very real and down to earth (which I wasn't expecting). On top of all that, they were also very reasonably price.

Rowland, Rebecca, and all other staff were helpful, caring, and inviting. They went out of their way to work with us, gave helpful recommendations and were very professional.
They made the whole process as easy as it could be during a tough time. The final set up and services were beautifully done and beyond our expectations. They helped us give a perfect tribute to the family member we lost. The facilities are easy to access, updated, and the pricing is very reasonable.

We had the Memorial Service for my mother at Compassionate Funeral. Roland and his staff were kind and caring in every aspect of the planning, implementation and service. I could not be happier with this funeral home. We were treated respectfully and warmly. Roland and his staff are as the name says "Compassionate". In addition, they went out of their way to make it special, providing for something I never expected at the actual service. The director Rolland and the staffs in Compassionate Funeral Care, are very nice and helpful when my brother passed away. They explained everything in detail and made good recommendation what was needed or not needed. They made me very comfortable as first time handling. They showed up within a very short time when they were noticed. Everything performed professionally and respectively. They refund the money my brother paid to cemetery longtime ago which I did not even know. They reissued the certificate of death due my mistake without any further charge. I would give this funeral home 10 stars if allowed. The director, Rolland Hoag, was on top of absolutely everything. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and caring that every part of the funeral and burial was carried out according to my family's wishes. When we met with him to plan the funeral, we had his full attention; he also has a very calming manner. The initial obituary was put together before we left, and Rolland and his staff were ready to make any changes or additions we requested. The facility itself is modern and well laid out. When my dad passed last week, we were dreading this part of the process. Roland is a gem and immediately put us at ease. Not only was he knowledgeable and very efficient, but he was funny and quick witted. He had us laughing the whole time and is quite the story teller. We were all releaved that the arrangements went so smoothly and my mom was not put through an otherwise terrible experience.
