A warm herbal infused massage oil is chosen for your particular constitution. The copious amount of warm oil coupled with the rhythmic strokes, warm the skin and open the pores, blood and lymph circulation which delivers the oil and the medicinal herbs through the skin and into the body. The nervous system is calmed and Vata (Air & Space) elements in the body/mind are pacified leaving you feeling deeply nourished and peaceful.
Autumn is the season of change, dominated by the energy of Vata (Air & Space). The days grow noticeably shorter, temperatures drop, chilly winds blow, we begin to spend more time in our heated homes, and the body responds by drying. A gentle fall cleanse rids the body of built-up toxins and excess Pitta (Fire-Heat).

Suzanne is by far the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. I have had major hip and neck pain and have tried chiropractic care as well as massage. It wasn't until I started to see Suzanne that these issues went away. Her practice is so special and unique. Her care and passion for what she does is something I have yet to experience else where. I send my entire family to her now and keep coming back for more. She also has so many other wonderful services including Yoga, Workshops and Ayurveda treatments and care. I highly recommend Suzanne!

Suzanne Silvermoon is a highly qualified healer and educator, with a background in nursing, yoga therapy and ayurveda. Her use of pranic healing, gems, crystals and essential oils along with her deep understanding of spirituality and the energetic body enrich her services beyond comparison.
I have received three body therapies from her this year. One hour Therapeutic Massage, Abhyanga Massage, and today, Shirodhara. The benefits I have experienced include a reduction in stress and pain as well as an overall feeling of calm and serenity.
I can't wait for my session next week!

I received several therapeutic massages in the last months along with a Udwarthanam session a few years back. Suzanne is a very gifted woman who has an abundant toolkit and uses it well in accordance with one's needs. She is centered, gentle, strong, a good listener, intuitive, and highly knowledgeable of the modalities that she works with and that move through her. I always leave with a list of things I want to further research. I highly recommend Indigo Lotus Yoga & Ayurveda! :) Thank you Suzanne

From the moment I walked into Indigo Lotus, my frayed nerves said, "Yes, this is where I need to be." The environment is so soothing. Suzannes years of mastering ancient disciplines gave me confidence to just let go to be completely taken care. The abbyanga massage was such a deeply rewarding experience. Afterwards I felt a calm, a coming home to self beyond all the stress I'd been feeling. Thank you, Suzanne. Your touch and intention are so healing. I'll be back!

WOW! I had the 4 hands massage. I have had many massages in my life and this was really AMAZING!!! These lovely women are very present and REALLY skilled! The hot oil with herbs to nourish and balance was both luxurious and medicinal! it smelled SO GOOD and no perfumes, just natures essences. There is something about having 4 hands massaging me at once, in sync, that enabled me to land in my body like I haven't been able to in a long time. They also massage you with these cloth hot packs filled with hot oil and herbs and it feels Divine!!! SO SO GOOD!
